We’ve been using Tammy for all of our home buying and selling needs for the last ten years. She is such a nice and kind person that we truly look forward to spending time with her. Most important though, is that she’s incredibly honest - which is exactly what you want from a Realtor. Our first home buying experience, we were a young couple with a new baby, and a very small budget. A realtor could easily have led us to the less desirable areas of towns we we’re unfamiliar with, with many houses in our price range. But not Tammy! She was always very honest with us about areas with higher crime rates, and even houses that were built using outdated building criteria. Flash forward to us buying and selling houses during the pandemic and Tammy made the whole experience seamless. She really had a grasp on what we were looking for, and happily toured many houses with us while we tried to find the perfect one for us. Tammy’s dedication to both our needs and safety protocols left us forever grateful to have had her as our Realtor. As we now move to another province, we only wish that we could take Tammy with us to help us find our next home.

My wife and I first met Tammy in 2012. At the time we were in the process of searching for our first home. We were drawn to Tammy, after a series of positive accolades from several of my coworkers who had made use of Tammy services to buy their first home. Tammy was very kind, guided us through the homebuying process, and was very no nonsense when it came time to make a deal. Well I'm not sure where to start with this????? We have bought and sold a number of properties over the years and have experienced a number of great and not so great Realtors over the last 15 yrs since arriving in the Valley. Having said that, Tammy by far is top of the class. I can honestly say we purposely switched Realtors years ago after having a very disappointing experience. We haven't look back. We trust Tammy opinion and years of experience in field. She has personally followed us all over the province (NS) viewing properties to ensure our experience is the best fit for our needs. Very unprofessional, everything was catered towards the buyer and no help or service for the seller. Didn’t divulge important information in a timely manner. Saw Tammy once over a year period, she did next to nothing during the sale of the house. She serves the buyer and not her clients. Go to any other agent or sell your house on your own. Some glad we never have to deal with her again.
