Our family has had a great experience here. We had an amazing doctor who always took the time for us when needed. The front staff, always do their best to help us with an appointment when needed, and if we have any questions over the phone, they would communicate with the doctor on our behalf and get back to us once they had an answer. The nurses there were always kind and great with our 2 daughters(baby+4 yr old) especially when it came to their shots.

Nice people and nice service. I wouldn’t won’t to go anywhere else. Nice doctors and nice secretaries.

Doctors take their time, I don’t feel rushed out.

The laboratory nurses are highly experienced in taking bloodwork.
I’m normally nervous with needles, but they’re excellent here.

The only downside is that it could take a month for an appointment. I wish it could be faster.

My family is one year new to this clinic. We have no complaints
the staff is efficient, and accommodating we feel that we are in good hands. Our family physician is welcoming and thorough to our concerns. Awesome!

Having moved to Ontario from Quebec 2 years ago, i truly appreciate this medical clinic for everything they do for me. I found a family doctor with one phone call. The nurses are so sweet, my family doctor is very nice and understanding. The reception staff are welcoming and patient is very professional. Everything is organized so that i have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to see my doctor. The online booking/messaging system is super efficient and they always get back to me very fast too. This is a different of night and day with my previous medical clinic in Quebec. People in Ontario really do not know how good they have it here. I am 100% satisfied with this clinic.

Excellent service/care with Dr. Golbafian. The medical receptionist was patient, professional, and kind. I was able to get an appointment the same day of calling the clinic. One hour after my consultation, my prescription was ready for pick-up, and my medical profile was updated with the necessary information promptly.

I always have such great service from Casselman Medical Centre. Dr. Hurley is my family doctor and he is great! Clinic staff are great to communicate with, especially through the patient portal. Their hard work and dedication to provide great patient care is excellent!

Thank you to the ladies that work in the office, had an appointment for blood work and with all the craziness happening they have made is very safe and comfortable to go in.
The nurse at the blood lab was great, made me feel comfortable and took all precautions concerning COVID and everything was cleaned and safe.
Definitely was nervous going into a medical clinic at this time but will be going back there for routine blood work in the future

This clinic is awesome! They offer emergency appointments for the little stuff so you don’t have to wait 9 hours in emergency for antibiotics. Especially for little kids. Thank you!

Excellent clinic. Dr. Golbafian is awesome. I highly recommend her. She knows her stuff and follows up on everything. The front desk staff and nurse are also very kind and helpful.

I've honestly never had any issues here since my family has been going here for almost 4 years. The ladies always answer the phone in a timely manner and are always so pleasant to deal with.
