I just hate going to the dentist. Luckily for me, the staff at Dentisterie @ Casselman and my incredible experiences there have transformed my fear into a sense of peace. Now i look forward to going. I just can't say enough about the staff, they are so kind, welcoming and caring. They want nothing more for thier patients to feel safe, secure and comfortable. Some of the best professionals I've met. I actively avoided going to the dentist, and these incredible people and solid services have certainly changed that. Their sedation service is phenomenal! Thank you all so much for taking such great care of me ❤

I’ve been coming to Dentisterie @ Casselman for a little while now and it is such a warm and inviting clinic. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Any questions I’ve had are always answered and things are explained very well.

I brought my 5 year old son in to get a second opinion after a visit with him to a paediatric dentist and happily made the choice to go with their recommendation instead. They made the appointment as fun as they could for him, even letting him ‘help’ to pull his tooth out.

I would highly recommend if you are looking for a friendly and professional clinic in the area.

Just a little update, this place is amazing, in for a filling, and before you know it, it's all done. The staff here are amazing. If you're unsure about dental work, they will put you
at ease, I recommend this place for all your dental care.

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Dr. Taraf and staff. They are all amazing. From the moment I stepped into the office I was treated like one of the ‘family’ by then receptionist Zee. Dr. Taraf met with me and we discussed my desire to get implants. At our first appointment, everything was spelled out to me. If I had any questions, someone was always available to quickly get the answer..
Cassidy, now the receptionist is wonderful as well and today I met with Dr. Taraf’s assistant
Melanie who was exceptional.
I would recommend this dentist to anyone and am sure they would be as blown away as I am by the cheerful, kind, professional person she and her staff are!

Dr. Taraf and her team are some of the most wonderful people I have ever met. They are kind, compassionate, and incredibly thoughtful. As someone with severe anxiety about going to the dentist, I was immediately put at ease by their warm and welcoming approach. Both Melanie and Maggie were so incredibly sweet and calmed me down without making me feel ridiculous for being anxious. Dr. Taraf made me feel so comfortable and confident that I've been walking with my head held a little higher since leaving her office. I highly recommend Dr. Taraf and her amazing team for anyone seeking a truly exceptional dental experience. ❤

As someone who really, REALLY doesn't like going to the dentist, I really appreciate Dr. Taraf and her staff.

To put it in perspective: I had managed to avoid going for well over a decade. Finally went for a general checkup at the insistence of a family member who said this is a good place for people who are a bit anxious about dental visits.

Here is everything I appreciated:
- Punctual, no unnecessary waiting which is nice when you just want to get it over with.
- No unnecessary procedures - the folks here gave me exactly what I came for, listened to what I wanted, answered my questions and didn't try to upsell me on anything.
- They deal with insurance companies
- I was able to get an appointment very quickly which is very nice these days.
- Communicating with them is very modern and easy (will text if you like which is nice when you're running around all day).

Overall, I'm happy I went. I was in and out, and everyone was super friendly and very easy to deal with.

I contacted this dental office over the weekend and was incredibly relieved when they arranged for me to be seen the very next day. Dr. Taraf and her dental assistant Maggie, performed a root canal that was remarkably painless, thanks to their expertise and gentle approach. Their professionalism, combined with a genuinely caring attitude, made for the best dental experience I've ever had. The swift response, effective treatment, and overall pleasant atmosphere are why I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-quality dental care.

Super friendly team. Always available to answer questions. They jump into action when we need them and make sure we are ok when we return home. Their customers service team is fantastic and so is dr. Taraf. They make you feel like you are at home. Definitly 100% stress free experience with blankets, your favorite show on Netflix and their staff making sure you are relax at all time.

Had a very good experience with wisdom teeth extraction, had little to no pain during the procedure as well as during recovery. The dentists are super helpful with everything.

Best dentist experience! From the time you walk in to the end of the treatment. My daughter has had bad experiences before with dentists and has left her very anxious to get dental work done. Was recommended to Dr. Taraf and so happy I did came to see her. They treated us so nice, very attentive to clients at all time. Claim process is quick and easy as well. Would recommend 100%!
