Dr. M. Anderson, Optometrist

I've had Dr. Anderson as my optometrist since I was starting elementary school, this week I had an inflammation in my eye and my family doctor was unable to see me. Called Dr. Anderson, they took me same day and my eye is better two days later. I am thankful for everything she does. Thank you Doctor Anderson!

Love the staff and dr Anderson, very nice and professional.
Ok for people who have a problem don't try to come into the residence where i work because it is mandatory for health establishment like ours to have to wear because of vulnerable people,so we simply ask visitors to wear a mask or they don't come in.
So i do agree with dr Anderson policy to wear a mask.

had problems with any hlasses and prices are very reasonable

I have NEVER had a problem with the staff nor the eye doctor. Very welcoming, patient, polite and easy to get along with. People need to understand COVID 19 is still in very much affecting all businesses!

Very professional, friendly and helpful. You're not pressured to buy anything, but they do have excellent specials on ...buy 2 and get $250.00 discount. Don't know if it is just for a certain time, so make sure to ask first.

I had an accident and needed to check my eye urgently. Cannot see properly do drive so cant drive too far. This is where i always go for my eyes. I rang the bell and told her its an emergency and didnt even acknowledge me. She just asked me if i have an appointment. I didnt since i just hurt myself. So in a very unprofessional way she tell me to step away next patient is coming in. Very rude and unprofessional. Very disgusted. Im being driven to Cornwall some 2 hrs after.

The problem wasn't not being seen but the way you handled it. I spoke very politely and you were very rude and unprofessional.

I called to have an appointment with the dr. first off they told me there were no appointment available until January. after which i told them i had called back in January 2020. and i was told to call back in 6 months as i just had a baby and my hormones could be affected . (covid cant call) then said ok just book the appointments. for me and my 2 children (3yrs, 8months). letting them know i have a health concern and cannot wear a mask. i was told then see someone else. Ok well what about my children they cant wear mask either. well then we can only see the baby.
"we are not equipped for no masks." the dr is inches away from your eye . said the scheduling person

my response: my dentist is literally in my mouth and they have no problems with me not wearing a mask
Btw this is a human right violation. you are telling me my eye doctor cant see me unless i wear a mask that can put me in the hospital?

Bylaw says children under 5yrs cant be forced, and exemption are a real thing.

Called and left a voice-mail to book an eye exam, I have been going here for almost 15 + years, the receptionist called back 3 days later when the were open these days, while I was at work, I called back on my break 1.5 hours after their call when they were still open and it's been a week and no call back...

Very disappointed in how rude and unprofessional this doctor is. Good luck, you will be disappointed if you go here.
