had my makeup done by jasmine for prom, did above and beyond what i was expecting and is INCREDIBLE. beyond friendly and amazing!! i was also talking to a couple people that worked there about my prom dress and they were so beyond sweet. had an amazing experience. if jasmine has any social media for her makeup i would love to see what she does. ❤❤❤

I had a full face make up service done for my engagement photos just recently, and I was truly thrilled with my look & how well the artist made my vision come to life. I don’t know anything about make up, or, how to even apply it for that matter, but Owen did an amazing job. I was going for naturally but glowy and that’s exactly what I got!! I didn’t want to take it off! Will be coming back for future events.

My five stars goes to Manpreet who is working at sephora today helped my friend to get A to Z makeup for her wedding. She did her hob really good. She suggested everything as per our choice and bes products at our good rates. She is really doing her job too good. Sometime some workers sounds too rough but she is doing everything really perfect.

I am foung makeup from last 4 years. I really like subtle look on me and I suggest others to try something which will look natural.

Everything i like to buy from here is best thing and i love ❤ all their products.

I usually go to Conestoga mall but I am not happy with the staff, so I tried this store which not close to my house, however had a better experience. But, Today, I had the best experience ever. There was a guy that helped me named Harry. I felt so comfortable to talk to him about my budget and tell him that I am pretty new to skin care so he recommended all the products that I need in my budget!! Although the store was busy he spent time and went through each product’s features. I bought 10 items and when I came back home, I didn’t feel that I got anything extra or something was upsold to me. Becasue he explained to me eveything. Harry you should be so proud of yourself. You are doing a great job.
Harry is knowledgable, nice, humble, friendly and eager to help. I think these are all a sale person needs! Way to go!

I was instantly overwhelmed! I'm a Makeup Artist by trade, now retired, but even still found there was so many lines to discover.I stood still and before a few seconds of glancing blindly a gracious young lady approached and rescued me! I did have a list of items and questions. She was delighted to give me the tour and sage advice on her personal recommendations.....
I gathered a basket more full than I came in for and hunted each isle with careful scrutiny!
So far her advice for thinning loss of hair products has been super. I'm now a BIG follower of Charlotte Tilbury cosmetics 💄....the compacts are huge!! The powders are silky smooth and leave my skin the same!. Kohl pencils are dual ended and extremely high intensity in colour and soft on the eyelit or inner eye, where I apply mine. Lastly, NARS, a cult favourite, is now one of mine. Their Velvet Matte Lip Crayons are amazing. So soft yet lasting and can be worn alone or to frame 💋 lips. Aging causes the lip area to fade, so redefining is essential to keeping the facial contours complete. I'll be sure to visit the store again soon. In the meantime I do my virtual touring on my Sephora app. 💝

I went in March 14th and was helped by Pooja!! This was by far the best experience i’ve had in a Sephora. She made recommendations based on what I was looking for and took the time to understand my needs. She even took initiative when I asked for a product she wasn’t sure of, and asked another employee their opinion on what to suggest. I really really appreciated this as instead of just suggesting whatever, she wanted to make sure I got a good product.
I am loving the products she sold me and I will definitely be back to get some more insight from her :)

I entered the store at an extremely busy time. Stop, we’re very helpful and eager to assist.
Two staff stand out the most. Sarah and Tory definitely went above and beyond extremely knowledgable about the particular products I was looking for. The store was busy as I had already stated, but the staff still made me feel like I was priority, had some great suggestions in which I made an extra purchase.

Went in to get a new foundation as moving here changed my skin tone a bit (got a bit lighter). The staff was welcoming and the lady who helped me really knew what she was doing. I also liked the head and cheek scan thing they did to get the perfect match. The match was very accurate. They also have a range in terms of pricing depending on your budget.

I'd like to give a shoutout to employee Elena at the Fairview Kitchener location. The line was long and I almost walked right back out, but she assured me I could use their portable checkout system with her. She then proceeded to make great suggestions for exactly the gift I was looking for and on sale! Great customer service, Elena!!

For the first time I went to Sephora for a 60 min makeup over, my appointment was at 3 we didn’t start 20 min later .
My makeup artist Megan was fantastic, very professional and friendly, I was very impressed with her work , I had lots of compliments at the event I was at last night, I would surly go back to her next time.❤❤❤

Went into the store about a week ago, it was crazy busy but I really appreciated the help from Claire, she helped me find the best match for a new foundation that I needed and was super helpful!

I went to this outlet for the very first time. Although it is busy time of the year but the staff helped me out especially Manpreet Kaur. She has great communication skills and knows how to deal with the customers. Loved it.

can get busy at times and staff is not always available i suggest going on a week day if you need help. you can call ahead if you need something and can not get to the store the same day. The staff here will hold an item for a couple days. i find the store is clean and well maintained

Generous staff ., i have been to other sephora branches but this one has the bestest staff members ever.

I run in here occasionally when my wife sees something online that she likes. Sometimes I have 2-3 items to find. The staff are always very friendly and helpful ! One of my favorite stores to got to !!! 😀

Best experience ever. I usually order online but today I went for foundation, concealer match and Jessica helped me. She is very polite, friendly and quick to respond. She showed me all the options and helped me, in buying the right products. I ended up having the best products in my basket. Infact, all the staff was friendly.
