Rating 4/4 based solely off of my experience yesterday with Rose. She was extremely personable, went above and beyond to help me find my favourite lip plumper, and double checked the website to ensure my product was still on sale. (I had already ordered 2 online but would not be receiving my product until after I leave for vacation, so I wanted to purchase another to have for my trip)
I originally asked another blonde sales associate who told me that Sephora online sales are only available online to bring attraction to the website….. I did not want to pay full price for another lip plumper so I was on my way to put the product back when I overheard Rose providing exceptional customer service with another customer. Rose demonstrates an excellent ability to align personal sales strategies with evolving market trends, significantly enhancing client acquisition rates. I have worked in customer service most of my life and never have I ever been trained to mislead customers when I am unsure of an answer…… Thanks to Rose, her efforts have been instrumental in helping Sephora achieve success. Her sales expertise and outstanding customer service are truly impressive, and have not gone unnoticed. Thank you Rose for your unwavering commitment to excellence, positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to go above and beyond. Your efforts make a significant difference in Sephoras success.

I could live at this store. The people are always so welcoming, warm, friendly and knowledgeable! There's always someone ready and willing to help when I need it. The energy is fun and uplifted. 10/10 recommend if you're in need of a little pick me up or treat yourself moment.

Everyone helped here most of the time. But why does it really matter or make them uncomfortable them to to shade match sometime. Thats only job they have to do with customers. Why they showing faces most of the time. Some girls really show their bful face with smile 🥰💓🫶💕. My heart and stars ⭐ to them.
Sephora is one my favourite store and I truly love makeup. I love this store it looks bigger and different then others. I got my sister gift of sephora lipstick 💄. And i love to do online shopping through app too. I love many of their products 🍂💕👜💌. Shopping here is like boosting me forever. And I always shop here every month. Their loyalty program is bestvthing happen to me🦋⭐. Hope always best for everyone and they will work more with customer service💌

Great service! Natasha was delightful and she matched my PERFECT foundation shade and helped me find a hyaluronic acid serum to help with my dry skin. She was super informative and she had great customer service skills. Thanks again!

Went in for what I thought was a dry foundation - turns out it was my primer. Good suggestions and greatly improved my skin condition. I like the variety of clean products they have.

Always find the customer service here to be hit or miss. The five star rating here is for the very friendly and helpful gentleman name Randy who came up to me, asked if he could help and showed me three different amazing products, as well as went out of his way to ensure they matched the skin care needs of the person who I was shopping for. He wasn't pushy at all and gave me the space and time after so I could decide. The girl at the cash desk as well as the greeter at the door were also extremely nice and helpful, however I didn't manage to catch their names.

Lots of helpful staff. They neet more autonomy. The person I spoke with was afraid to leave their spot to just 1 aisle over...

Shruti is absolutely amazing! She is a very talented makeup artist. She recommends the perfect tones and products! Every product she brings to my attention has worked perfectly for me! Shruti is so sweet and accommodating I look forward to seeing her in store! You can tell when someone is passionate about what they do and I see that in Shruti!

Had to give a shoutout to the fantastic customer service I received today! The store was really busy and when I was checking out the associate accidentally threw out one of my gift cards that still had a remaining balance. I called the store and they immediately took my information and said they would check the cameras and garbage cans to search for the card - got a call back shortly after and they found it! Thank you so much Sephora Conestoga :) UPDATE - I went back over to the store today to pick up the card and the manager gave me a bunch of free samples for the inconvenience. Was so sweet of them to go above and beyond!

An obscene amount of skincare and makeup is here. But you knew that. Great service here. Attentive staff and knowledgeable.

I've been to many Sephoras and I've never had an issue with customer service, they've all been decent or very good.

I am from London and I came here to pick up an item that we didn't have in stock. I found the customer service here to be outstanding. They eagerly look for items for you, chat about their experience with products in an informal way, display excitement for you about you trying new products, and generally are very attentive in a way that feels authentic/friendly/low pressure/borderline celebratory. It was actually quite busy in the store too but they were still able to provide that kind of service. If you are in a situation where you're getting makeup done for a special life event, buying a whole kit as a first-timer, or refreshing your routine after illness/loss etc...I recommend you come here over any other Sephora in SWO.

I love the store. Full of high quality products with well trained staff. Usually there are many people in the checkout line but they do everything so rapidly that it won’t take too much time. Also, they gave me a small birthday gift which made me so happy! 😇🤸🏻‍♀
