Highly recommend these services! Carole is always willing to answer questions and help when needed, she is very good at explaining things in a way that an accounting beginner can understand and is very patient and kind! She has made my job so much easier and I appreciate it so much!

very bad services ive sent them my documents needed to reconcile and finish my bookeeping for 2022 back in early march then waited and waited and never getting a responce and then one day i get an email saying that reconciliation was done and ready for taxes in JUNE!!! making me late for my hst and had to pay a 250$ late fee and then paid a $800+ invoice for there ''services'' then my accountant tells me that nothing was done right and instead of reconciling my account they doubled my income in error and now was told that i had to pay twice the amount of taxes if not fixed and my quickbooks was 50000$ over... called them over and over and never get a call back from them i had to start from scratch and do it myself now ill probably be late to file my taxes and and have to pay another fee....
