I stayed in this apartment for 1 week with my aunt and uncle while visiting my cousin. It was a great experience because everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment was clean and fairly modern plus it was in a secure building.

I stayed in this apartment for a few days with my daughter and her husband. Building is very safe and in the downtown location with everything you need within walking distance. No vehicle needed. Very spacious.

I have stayed here for a couple of months. It's so convenient since it's close to restaurants and stores. During my stay, I didn't find any problems aside from minor issues, which is manageable. I hope this review helps.

Great building and the new management is awesome! Very responsive and respectful, windows are double windows so no noise even though the location is right downtown in the middle of everything!

Great apartment, no issues well maintained with 3 elevators and good service.

Apartments are not really good compared to the price you pay. They don't care what you ask for either maintenance or elevators. Tenants has no right in this building, specially when it is related to the boss (she likes to be a president, no one has access to her, and she feels tenants are her servant). As for elevator, look at the video:

The price is fair , but u get what u paid , once in a while , they stop water supply from early morning till afternoon , elevator is old and slow

you don’t want to deal with this freak at the administration, read the previous reviews and you will probably get and idea of what’s going on.

The on-site building’s manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. She is never helpful and claims to be busy ALL the time. I cannot believe how she is competent to stay at this position. Avoid staying here because you will have to deal with her for every little issue. Just an example, a neighbor’s laundry card stopped working when their laundry load was in the washer, when they reached out to the manager, she said they have to pay 5$ for using a temporary card for 5 minutes just to be able to take their load out of the machine!

In a sentence, it's the hell. There used to be good management team but since they made changes to increase their profit and lowering the costs, they're cutting it out from essential services. They don't reply your email or calls, if you go to the manager's office she says that she's busy and doesn't respond or even look at you. They're very offensive and disrespectful to make sure that the people won't walk into their office unless they'll have a very bad time there. The only way you have is to go to the régie du logement, where they know many people don't have the time to go. Avoid this hell or you'll be sorry later.

Don't live! ! ! The office manager of this apartment is very rude. A middle-aged woman with short hair and glasses. She only wants your money to lie to you. She will say that she has no record of payment, so she can get your rent for one or two months and the key door. She won't return the deposit for the card etc. It's really bad

very bad experience. Very greedy owner. Very Poor service. One of the the doorman works night shift try to attack tenant, complained to the management office but they don’t care at all. No response, no apologies until sent out demand letter. Avoid this place if you have any other choices.

I parked my car in their parking lot and paid what I thought was overnight but turns out I hadn’t paid enough. The next day my tire was slashed open and a car was parked in front of mine to make me leave. What type of company slashes someone’s tire? Absolutely insane.

Worst management I've ever seen. No respect for the tenants.
