Fabulous service! We were on our way to the east coast and got a muffler on the 401. The heat shield on the exhaust became loose and we were rattling all the way from kingdom. Stopped in here for an emergency fixer-upper. Fast, reliable service with informative travel route conversations to boot! Highly recommend!

We moved to Casselman Nov, 2020 and I've sent my work commuter here twice since then. They are fast, professional and pleasant to deal with. They answer all my questions honestly and I find the price reasonable considering the work they are doing.

I have zero complaints and will continue to have our vehicles serviced here.

Great shop with very knowledgeable and honest mechanics and reasonable prices. I got my truck towed there as the fuel pump stopped working and I thought it needed to be replaced. They diagnosed the problem to a wire that had shorted out which they fixed and reinforced so it wouldn’t get cut in the future. I ended up walking out with a much less expensive bill than I had originally planned for. Thank you Menard Garage for the honest and quick service:)

Fast, friendly, professional service. Yvon responded to our Mercedes Roadside Assistance call twice in 3 days while broke down in the Ottawa area. Quickly and safely loaded up our Sprinter 3500 based RV and delivered us to the local Ottawa Mercedes Sprinter dealer. Very impressed with his attention to detail throughout the process.

I got into trouble yesterday night when I mistakenly backed up my minivan in a ditch. The minivan was in a very awkward position. Yvon came over and (after some analysis) did an amazing job getting the minivan out of the ditch without breaking anything. I do not know how he managed to do that.

When you have a bad experience with your vehicle wether it be an accident, sliding into a ditch, locking your keys in the car or just getting a flat I call Menard Towing. Every time I have called them they have always been extremely helpful, kind and reassuring. They would always get to wherever I would be within a very limited time. The tow truck operators are always professional and very respectful of your vehicle. I would recommend this company to anyone who’s in need of towing or in a jam with their vehicle.

Car broke down just outside Casselman onramp hwy 417. Tow truck there fairly quickly. Towed back to their shop. Always great service, honest pricing. Let you know in detail problem with vehicle. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Casselman has a handful of mechanics shops but this is an honest shop and that's different. I try to do my own work where I can but from time to time I need a guy that really knows his stuff and has the better tools... this is my go to. Honest guys... not trying to scam anyone and they do good work. If you need a mechanic around here.... do yourself a favor and go to these guys... they have a tow truck to help too... solid place

My buddy's truck got stuck in a ditch off of an un-maintained road and this company was the only one willing to step up to the task. Prompt and courteous service at a very reasonable price.

If you are looking for a honest mecanic Menard garage in Casselman is where you want to bring your vehicle. They take care of their customers. The prices are not bad but there work ethic is expectional. They explain very well and let you know how much life their is to the part before it needs fixing..they don't screw over the clients. They are a friendly staff Hands down.

I unfortunately had to use Menard‘a towing twice this week, both times they showed up early and performed the requested service quickly and professionally. They are also very friendly.

We had a bearing let go on our truck on an early fishing trip. These guys came to get us on the 417, investigate the problem and had us on our way in a few hours. Reasonable priced too!

I had a gentleman come at 530 this morning. He was extremely friendly and smiling for having to drive longer he was here so early in the morning. He was quick and his professionalism was exceptional. Thank you for all your help this morning!
