What I appreciate the most about TMJ is their personalized service and open communication channels which provided a smooth experience, and any concerns were addressed promptly. There was a hiccup on moving day with our delivery guys and Cedric (owner), Michel and the crew, chipped in to solve the issue .They didn’t have to as they had already handed over the home, but they just said “ don’t worry. Leave the keys . We will fix it”. We greatly appreciated that given that we lived very far way at that time .

Our experience with TMJ Construction from start to finish was amazing. We recently took possession of our home and are more then happy with the end result.

We mostly dealt with the office manager, Michel who was very informative and pleasant to deal with. He went above and beyond of what was required to keep us informed and educated throughout the entire build.

Even one month after taking possession, we found a small repair that needed to be completed (paint touch up). TMJ immediately sent someone the same day to the house to complete the repair. We were so impressed on the ponctuality and full commitment to their customers.

Again, this company goes above and beyond, never leaves you behind guessing and has a full commitment to customer satisfaction. We will definitely build again with TMJ!!

TMJ has been great! They have communicated with us very well from day 1, taken care of any concerns we may of had, and the workmanship is fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.

I would say that our experience with TMJ from start to finish was awesome. Michel was particularly helpful and very responsive. The quality of the finishing, i must say is better than most of the bigger builders in town. Their standard finishing is upgrade with other builders i.e it comes with granite in the kitchen and bathroom, kitchen cabinets are to the ceiling etc.

The after sale service is also superb. I have referred a number of friends and will continue to do so. I hope they keep up the good service and quality.

I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Michel and the TMJ team as they finish the upgrades on our new home. Their work is of the highest quality and we have greatly enjoyed working with Michel while picking out our floors and brick colours, right down to the grout! Michel is incredibly responsive and clearly very knowledgeable and has made the process very easy for use as first time new-home buyers. L’équipe de TMJ répondait à toutes nos questions, peu importe nos inquiétudes, spécialement en temps d’incertitude lié à la pandémie. L’équipe fut toujours professionnelle et elle est prête à venir réparer tous petits problèmes, même que nous en avions très peu et ils étaient vraiment mineurs. L'équipe de TMJ répond à toutes nos questions après la vente de la maison et ils viennent nous avoir en personne pour revoir les problèmes mineurs et discuter des options potentielles. La maison est de très grande qualité. La maison fut construite dans une délais super raisonnable et ce en temps de pandémie. Je fais confiance à TMJ pour notre prochaine maison.
