Embrun Optometry Clinic

We had a terrific experience at this optometrist clinic! I had to bring my 4 year old in for an emergency, and Dr. Celine Pommainville was fantastic! Super professional, but very child friendly at the same time. The staff was also very nice. I would highly recommend anyone needing an eye doctor to come here! Absolutely 100%!

Dr. Vautour has managed the eyes of my family for over 15 years now. He and the reception staff respond to inquiries in a timely manner. The clinic has the latest in computer imaging to catch subtle changes (such as undiagnosed diabetes or other critical markers) that would otherwise go undetected.
For someone that I only see every year or two (or for urgent issues), these visits are crucial and critical, and Dr. Vautour and his clinic leave a positive lasting impression. Office space is clean and there is no pressure to get your prescription filled by the onsite eyeglass clinic if you do not wish to do so. My elderly mother has also received excellent service. He takes his time with explanations at your speed and comfort level. Thank you!

Went in today to get some glasses adjusted. Chantal is an absolute sweetheart and took great care of me. I will definitely be going back to get some prescription sunglasses. Amazing customer service!

Dr Savoie was great! Very thorough and professional, and also very personable. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. I was in and out very quickly for an exam and new glasses. I highly recommend this clinic!

I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses from this location and the lenses have lasted for years (2-3 years without a single scratch). I recently went to Lens Crafters for my last pair as I moved away from Embrun and have had to get the lenses replaced TWICE for scratches .... and I have had them for 1 year. Embrun optometry provides great service and top quality products. I will be making the long drive to see them for my replacement lenses.

It was my first time going here and the staff is incredibly friendly, I got a new pair of glasses from there and I am more then satisfied.
Overall, the environment was very welcoming.
I strongly recommend coming here!

It took a long time to get in. That was the downfall. The service was very pleasant, all the people were nice and calmly mannered. I will go back in two years when I'm due for another check up

I've not had much luck! I purchased progressives that didn't work for me and was told I needed to get used to them. I scratched a lens and they got a replacement that was wrong and I never heard back. No coverage for this but I was tired of struggling with bad lenses so I went elsewhere and spent lots of money once again. I got progressive that worked immediately without have to "get used to them"! It is really important for me to have a team that can get it right the first time so I don't waste my time and money!

Good services, however terrible hours. Only open during the week and closes at 5 pm except Wednesday. Impossible to have an appointment with less than 4 months notice. Had to change provider.
