Pharmacist so caring.The pharmacist Pretty is such a gem.My father had concerns about his medication and she took her time to sort it out and even contact the doctor.Really appreciate her helping my elderly father and always being there for her patients

While shopping in the beauty department late this afternoon I overheard a customer telling the beauty manager that she had to stop by and say hello while her husband was at Canada Post. She then proceeded to compliment the beauty manager on her product knowledge and style. A little later I went to check out, at the beauty counter, I was behind a gentleman making a purchase for his wife. He was concerned about it being the wrong product. This same staff gave him her card and said if it’s not right she would order it for him and to just contact her directly. In a time when the world is automated and customer service is abysmal Shoppers Lasalle stands out. Kudos to your Beauty Manager Tea.

I want thank an outstanding & very helpful asscoitae in cosmetics department in storee #1122 Malden Rd LaSalle ON, her name is Hamraz, she helped me twice 1)when we were buying some cosmetics & perfumes for my daughter's wedding & 2) today to buy several gifts for my colleauges and friends. The lady went byeond and above expectations. Thank you SDM to hire a wonder valubale asset like Hamraz , she encourage me to do most of my shopping in this store because her geniune and very positive attitude

Have never had any issues; they always have any prescriptions I order ready quickly and very kind people at the pick-up desk. The store is always clean and well-organized also.

My husband and I moved from the area, but after reading reviews from other Windsor Shoppers locations, we have decided to leave our prescriptions at this store. We have been impressed over and over with the professionalism of the pharmacy staff, the insightful and knowledgable advice, and the way they put the customer first. The store staff is also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this store.

I have been a regular shopper here for years. What an improvement!!!! Since new management, I have seen a positive change in the store. It is fully stocked, and the staff is extremely friendly. I would recommend this location.
