I went to Precision Jewelers to have engraving done on three religious items which I intended to present as a gift to a family member for a special occasion. Although Precision does in-house engraving, these items needed to be sent out to a company that they use for specialized or intricate work. Zac helped me through the process, ensured that the engraving was done exactly as I specified, and accommodated my schedule for completion of the job. He was very patient, he kept me informed of the progress, and he made sure everything was taken care of properly. I would highly recommend Precision Jewelers for their professionalism, expertise, and customer service.

One of the best places one can go where your not going to be forced to buy something that your going to regret! The staff is excellent! I bought an engagement ring for my fiancee where it was custom made. The process was simple and the interaction between the staff member and myself to create this special ring was just phenomenal. I brought my wedding band to Precision after having a terrible experience at another jeweller that left my ring damaged. The staff was kind and professional, and my ring was fixed in a matter of days for a fraction of the price that the other jeweller quoted me. My ring looks brand new again. Staff were incredibly friendly. They listened to what I wanted done to my rings. I was expecting a long wait to get the rings back. To my surprise they were ready in a few days.

They price they charged was fair. If you need work done on your rings I highly recommend Precision Jewellers. They are fast and fairly priced.

I bought a ring from Precision and they added extra diamonds from my original wedding set and my mother’s wedding ring. They did such a wonderful job. I also had a couple rings resized and some other work done on other jewelry. They are very attentive to all your needs and will answer every question or concern. I will only go to them for any work or purchase of jewelry I may need. Could not ask for better service!
