Custom Flooring Centres

Had a great experience here. Staff were pleasant and the store looks clean and upkept. I ordered my tiles and flooring no problem. Only issue I had was trying to decide what I want. Unfortunately, I was unable to find the pattern and color I really wanted, but it wasn't an issue at this store, more a problem overall of no one having it. Very knowledgeable and the installer who did my tiles was fast and did a good job.

Unlike the previous post below, I had a wonderful experience with Custom Flooring. The sales team and the installers were meticulous with the work they did on my floor and went above and beyond what they were required to do to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. I rarely post reviews, but the previous post was so egregious, I felt compelled to do so. I highly recommend Custom Flooring in Powell River - exceptional service.

The staff here are friendly and courteous and will do whatever they can to help meet your needs and expectation for whatever project you're working on. They know their products well and if there's anything they cant answer they will assure they find the answer for you.

Bad communication from management, poor planning and final bill exceeded quote by about 30 percent due to error when quoting. Wouldn't use again.

Went to get over 4 k of carpet dont deliver on saturday they measured are rooms but didnt cut carpet we had to cut our selves and had to load our selves poor service .girls working front counter were not friendly
