Starbucks

I go to this location quite frequently because the staff are always amazing, and my orders are typically consistent. Today I went there and picked up my order through the drive thru, didn’t check my food item before leaving and headed back home. When I went to eat my everything crossaint, I found a plain everything bagel instead, which accidents happen and I understand, I also don’t live that far so I just drove back and explained what happened and they immediately corrected the error and also handed me a gift card with my sandwich. Honestly so kind of them and totally not something they had to do or I expected, and I have noticed new faces so I know people are probably training, I just want to give kudos to the kindness and generosity at this specific location. You are all doing a great job! Will always be my favourite location to go to, and I recommend it to everybody else too

I love this Starbucks. The lady in the drive-thru was supportive and helped me purchase 5 tumblers and gift cards without hassle! I greatly appreciate you taking the time to help me with last-minute gifts!!

I attended for a meet with a colleague. I always love Starbucks as staff are friendly, the atmosphere is lively and coffee is always great!

Friendly staff, speed cashier and food delivery, its kinda busy but staff do great job working in a great pace so don’t worry if the orders line have few people in front of you, they will be moving fast, I use sometimes my app to order in advance and pick up via drive thru.

Maple Ridge location, always amazing. Fast service, correct drinks and wonderful staff. A++

Always great coffee. I prefer Cafe misto and it's always steam hot, how it supposed to be.

We could smell the scent of coffee from outside and we’re lured in! Even a simple Starbucks Pike is a step above all other coffees in town. But the Vanilla Bean Frappuccino is to die for! Added some pumpkin drizzle for added flare! Yum!

The barista was so helpful. She suggested a drink a while back, with matcha and pureed strawberries which was so much better than the original version, and went out of her way again when we were in on May 5th. Truly a caring person. 🤗

Stopped in for a coffee, and to use the restroom. Great staff, very friendly and efficient, and very clean facilities. It was quite busy, and they were knocking the orders out. Awesome, as always.

I am here roughly 3 x a week to study, and I am always welcomed with smiling faces. They know my drinks and my name that I prefer a mug over a paper cup, and if something is wrong with my order, they fix it without asking. It's a place that I look forward to going to on my study days.

I was there today and got fresh, good tasting coffee, thank you. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which is the No. 1 reason why I will chose to go to this location in the future. Thank you!

It is refreshing to have a drive-through where you talk to a person at a window to place your order rather than talking to a wall of products with a speaker and mic.

The barista who took my order was stellar. My order was for a friend not with me and very specific. However, one item was no longer available and the the barista made an excellent alternative suggestion that still took into account my friend's dietary preferences.

Access to the drive-through is a bit tricky the first time around but very handy and moves quickly.

Had to dash in to warm up my toddlers hands. Tried to leave a "my child is screaming" tip. They insisted on giving her a hot chocolate. Very considerate.

The Drive through always runs smoothly. I am that person who orders complicated drinks every single time and they've always been great with it. They are one of those stores that recognize regulars and often know your drink before you say it.

I would like to give Ali and Jenna a special thank you for always making my morning just a little bit better! From suggesting my new favorite drinks or remembering my drink order. :) Thank you ladies!

Not normally in this area, but have been to this location before. The drive-thru is pretty tight for a truck. Staff and coffee/food is as expected from Starbucks.

They work super hard here, if you feel like the drive thru line isnt going fast enough you gotta remember that they have a boat load of customers in the front too! Just be patient they are super nice people that make really good drinks!

Great atmosphere. Wonderful baristas. Everything you need for a great cup of coffee.
