5 Stars - Exceptional Service and Great Coffee!

I recently visited the Tim Hortons in the Sydney Bay area on Vancouver Island and had a wonderful experience, thanks to Pedro. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my visit truly enjoyable. The quality of the coffee he prepared was outstanding—definitely some of the best I’ve had! Pedro’s friendliness and excellent service have ensured that I’ll be returning to this location whenever I’m in the area. Thank you, Pedro, for making my visit so pleasant!

They have the best coffee, other than Nabob coffee.. it is my favourite coffee. I used to drink my mom's coffee,and she milk and surger with a bit coffee. So my father said men drink it black. Just some history. I love Nabob coffee,and Tim Hortons. That is all I drink for coffee.

This is a good Timmies. Although it is often quite busy. Good location. Good seating, with a good variety of seats. Friendly staff when we went. And the doughnuts and coffee taste just like every other Tims, so if that's important to you then you'll be pleased. Recommend stopping here for some Timmies as it's the only one between Royal Oak and the Mainland.

It was a regular Tim Horton's experience until Wendy, who usually works in the back, was working in the front. Because of her lack of till experience, it took her a second, but the way that she treated us for the entire time was absolutely phenomenal and that is how businesses should be operated! It may seem like an old-fashioned ideal. Unfortunately, I think we are losing touch with our humanity. This is how we reconnect. How a simple thing such as picking up a coffee could make a night feel completely improved. Life is about our experiences and Wendy made that experience exceptional. What a treat! Thanks Wendy!!

Stopped here on our way to BC Ferry. The line was to the door but we were helped and had our food within only a few quick minutes. The women's washroom and the dinning room floors were also very clean (something that's a restaurant deal breaker for me). 5/5

I have been to this Tim Horton for many times and I always enjoy their customer service specially the girl named Neha I think she is the manager and she always greet us in a very prudent way and tell us about the new offerings. I really enjoyed what she suggested me. I highly recommend this place to other.

Some of the best coffee in the world. Crazy that the United States doesn't have Tim Hortons. Probably a good thing though, they would probably end up just ruining it. Anyway. Always a fun crowd grab a sandwich or a donut while you're there. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🥌🥌🥌🍁🍁🍁🍁

This particular Timmies had the MOST polite gentleman behind the counter serving drinks. I was thoroughly impressed. The food is general Tim Horton's fare, standard as always.
