Had great service here tonight, my wife got extra pickles and Mayo on her burger and the fellow working asked if she wanted dill pickles and bread and butter pickles. Then he brought our order over to our table when it was ready. The food is consistently good here, predictable. It's A&W. Pretty much everything was compost cuz the cup and tray were made out of real stuff and not plastic.

Super polite service at the window, great chicken cruncher and a great frozen cream root beer on a hot summer day!

Beautiful renovations hot fresh good food and such friendly outgoing staff brings the food right to the table and will go above and beyond for their customers !

The staff were so kind and always smiling even after I made 2 requests after placing my order. The service was fast. The bathrooms were clean and so was the whole restaurant.
The staff at that place were truly commendable yet working in fast food is not always easy.

Been going there for years. No matter how busy they are their quality of product and service is never compromised.

I personally feel this is the nicest A&W establishment I've ever been to, not only in its atmosphere but also its staff (and I honestly don't recall them ever getting anything wrong with our orders).

First time at this A&W. We came from Halifax and I must say the staff was super SWEET, food was nice. The owner is a rockstar and told us interesting stuff about the town. My wife also left with a gift. You sir are an amazing person and we look forward to coming back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 100% worth a stop if you are even close to it.

Staff are really nice, burgers are good

My daughter really enjoys the "Beyond Meat" burger. We went through the drive thru and ordered it with a side of onion rings. We shared the onion rings, and at that moment I realized I should have ordered my own. They were fresh, hot and crispy.

Nice to be able to get a burger before 11am

Me and my buddy have eaten breakfast every Sunday morning for years at the New Minas A&W and is an excellent place to go for a breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They remember you when you come in and treat you with respect. If you can't make up your mind on what you would like, they'll make great suggestions.
As for the food, You can have your eggs any way you like, substitute anything for something else on the breakfast menu and it's all very good. They don't coat the food with salt and pepper like other food establishments, so you add it yourself for your taste. The coffee is also very good, mixed exactly the way you like. I have had a burger or two over the years there as well and they are very good.
Overall a great place to dine.

Have never had a bad experience at this restaurant, it seems to be very well managed. Food is always terrific and the service is always fast and staff are very professional and friendly. With their $2.50 momma burger promotion on there now I have visiting frequently! Keep up the great work!

Great food and friendly service.

I enjoy A&W, the price no matter for a good veggie burger, fries and that great root beer served in that frosted mug yum yum yum! We stopped there on Thank Giving Day After my grandchildren had great fun apple picking. There were 7 of us having a good time, the girls we encounter at the cash took the order wrong so two of the children didn't you what they ordered. To correct this we were told everything would have to be put through again...? The girls one with two braids, the other with a pony tail were not very nice it seemed as though they were just not interested in looking after us as we should be served. With a smile, polite manner with a feeling as though you are welcomed to have our meal at this location. Their attitudes should be put into check, there are to many other places to spend our money on good food in your area. I have given 5 stars because I do enjoy A&W, not that we will ever step into this one again. 5 🌟's also for the young lady who is having a baby she made us feel welcome she talked with me and she was right on the tables as soon as the customers left. Hard for her I'm sure to work with those who are nasty, hateful people.

Quality has been much better as of late. Food is consistently hot. Good portion sizes.

Has been long time since ever going to Albert an Walter style takeaway.
Now they have a tasty Habanaro chicken sandwich in meal package quite enjoyable.
