I want to give a shout out to Laura in the Paint Department who helped my Mom with all of her details today. Laura was working the department alone and was simultaneously helping at least 6 different customers with mixing, color selections, product knowledge and so much more. I hope she knows she's appreciated, she went well above and beyond for the customers. Well done Laura!! Thanks again!!

I would like to thank Home Depot especially Stewart and Peter at the pro desk.
We have made huge purchases in the last few weeks and everything went seamless.
Stew and Peter are very knowledgeable and make shopping at home Depot a breeze in particular volume shopping for building materials. We will be returning and look forward to shopping with Home Depot in the future.

I had an issue with my lawn mower, and after consulting service desk staff, I also encountered issues with trying to connect to the mowers repair info. I again talked with the staff(Kesley, Scott,and Dee) who were all helpful and polite, and who in the end saw me on my way with a replacement mower. Home Depot has a great front desk team and their help was very much appreciated.

I believe his name was Brandon in flooring ( blonde hair and one blue eye and one brown eye) super friendly and helpful. He genuinely cares about the customer and it shows. He went above and beyond to help with finding the brick paneling. You could tell he was actually concerned with me getting what I came in for. His supervisor was equally helpful (maybe Jennifer?) they got others involved and the whole team was helpful. It was the best example I’ve seen in customer service in many, many years. My friend was with me and was equally blown away. I went in the next night to pick up the rest and left Brandon a McDonald’s gift card as a thank you. Amazing job guys. Absolutely amazing.

I can say that I've never really had an issue with Home Depot. My wife and I have spent thousands of dollars in here over the past several years well more than thousands of dollars maybe tens of thousands of dollars. We were in the other day to buy a new washing machine and a very nice young man who is moving to the Dartmouth store helped us get a good machine. My wife had found a demonstration model that had a few dents on it and after reviewing all of our available options we were set up with a very good unit. Having two kids and a good washing machine is very important

Always lots of helpful staff available. There has rarely been a time where a product has been out of stock that I have needed, and special orders are delivered very quickly.

The staff here are excellent and super helpful. The best Home Depot in all of Nova Scotia! Donnie was fantastic as well as his other staff members!
