I purchased two dresses here. Each time I was treated beautifully. Betsy is warm and makes you feel like you have been friends for a while. The ladies that help her are so friendly. I love the honesty that you receive. We had them do our alterations and the workmanship is quality. Thank you for the great experience.

I bought my engagement dress from here when I was in Michigan and it was absolutely gorgeous. I came in on a Saturday where normally none of the tailors work but that day they were there and had worked 3 hrs after closing to complete my dress for me the same day when I had told them I was leaving the next day. They were really kind and helped me find my dress, made sure none of the pearls were loose, and Betsy along with the other wonderful ladies put in extra time and care into making sure everything was perfect. I was on a tight budget and they were extremely sympathetic and helped with the price quite a bit❤I can’t recommend them enough! I know when I shop for my wedding dress if I get a chance to come to Michigan I will come back to this store!

I always come here to find dresses for events and I never leave empty handed. Betsy and her team are so kind an help guide me into what dresses would look best in my price budget. They have amazing deals. I couldn’t be more happier. They are the best !

I got my wedding dress 2018 along with my bridesmaid dresses too, betsy and her staff was so amazing and now my little sister is getting married this year and got her dress here too. She beats any price and has everything and anything you need.

I'm really big on reviews so I'm glad I didn't look at these reviews before going to Betsy because I probably wouldn't have had the pleasure of getting 2 beautiful wedding dresses. I do understand that everyone experience is different. But, I must admit mine was great from beginning to the end. Betsy is for sure abt her business & not one time did I have a bad experience. I wish I had my pics back from the wedding because babyyy she had me looking right in both dresses, got my hair piece and my Jewelry from her. she had great prices. Everyone has every right to their own opinions but I say don't knock her until you try her !!

I bought my wedding dress from Betsy . They are great excellent customer service . The latest styles and the prices where great . I had done changes to my dress and there alteration service was the best . They make feel at home when I left I knew I had gone to the best .

If i can give more stars i would. i came in here a week before my wedding because of a problem Teresa bridal did to me. she took my money and sold my dress.
i came here A WEEK before my wedding panicking with a budget because of how much money tereza stole from me. she quickly picked out a few dresses and i fell in love. the alterations were done within 3 days!!!! communication is amazing with them, they don’t text you at 2am demanding money from u like tereza did!
the owner Betsy and the workers Samira and Hend, were beyond amazing i’ll cry right now from how great they were. they treated me like a bride! stress free!

I got my gorgeous designer wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from Betsy's Bridal and every single person at every fitting and at the wedding couldn't stop complimenting me on it! She pays attention to every detail and all her items are so unique and from all over the world. I've gotten many many dresses from her since and love that she's my go to place for formal wear!

My wedding dress and bridesmaids' dresses were absolutely to DIE for. Betsy knows what she is doing and I wanted to thank her again for the beautiful experience she gave me. I can not wait for my brother's wedding to go shopping for a dress out here again! You won't miss being here.

My wedding was in May 2016. Long story short I had ordered a dress from a different store, they sent me the wrong dress and were not being helpful, after getting the news involved I was finally able to get my deposit back. By that time I only had 8 days left before the wedding to find a new wedding dress. After going to a few other stores, I found Betsy's Bridal. Both Betsy and Maria were very helpful, the only store that didn't pressure me into saying yes to any dress right away. I bought my dress and they were able to alter it in time. I am so very grateful to you ladies... the dress received many complements. Thank you for being amazing!! Planning a wedding is stressful enough, trying to find a dress 8 days before is the list to say not very fun. But you managed to make that a positive experience and i am very grateful. Thank you again!!!

Phenomenal work!! I’ve never been more satisfied with costumer service and the outcome of the work! 10/10 recommend. Excellent alterations and customizations… I cannot stress it enough, if you are looking for the perfect dress, Betsy is your girl !!!

We had an excellent experience at Betsy's! She had by far the best selection of wedding dresses of anywhere we had looked. We also ordered our bridesmaid's dresses through her. Her staff was wonderful- friendly and knowledgeable. The alterations were done to perfection! All but one of the bridesmaids were from out-of town and needed last minute adjustments on their dresses. Betsy and her staff made time for us and every dress fit perfectly! We highly recommend going to Betsy's!!

I don’t agree with the negative reviews on here. Betsy was professional and everything came out beautifully. My daughters dress came in on time and she even added to her dress such beautiful details. The dresses were amazing and Betsy worked around my schedule. My daughter looked like a real live princess and I give my thanks

Our experience at Betsys was amazing. We found the perfect dress for an amazing price as well as earrings and a purse, and they were able to get it tailored in 2 hours because we live out of town. Amazing service, I recommend Betsys to everyone! They always go above and beyond!!
