Absolutely the BEST customer service from an on line retailer I have EVER had!!
I had some questions regarding a particular shoe. Not only did Steve answer my questions promptly, but also recommended some other shoes he thought I might like - taking the trouble to send me pictures that he personally took just for me. Will definitely be buying from here again!

I have a pr of winter boots that I just Love. After several years of wear they were looking a bit tired and worn! Decided to do an on line search to see if they were still available. Happy to report I found them at the "Factory Store" in Mississauga Ontario. Fantastic, prompt and informative service from my email with a sizing question. I placed the order and to my surprise the new boots arrived in New Brunswick in 2 days!!!!! Wow, Exceptional service and Great boots.... I'm Happy Happy!!

This store is amazing. I ordered my Birkenstocks on Sunday evening and i received my parcel on Tuesday morning. I was amazed on how fast it was delivered and how professional everything was done. Their packaging included some very good helpful instructions and they were clear and easy to understand.
So please give this store a five star. So worth it. Will not be my last buy from here. Thank you so very much.

The store has lots of parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are benches where you can try on shoes and lots of mirrors too. The product selection is fantastic. This is my new go-to store for foot ware. The website presence is also good.

Factory Shoe is a great online Canadian Company! Steve provided superior customer service. I was looking for a winter dress boot for my husband. He needed a size 13 with a side zipper. My order came quickly and to my delight a postage paid return label was included. The boots are a good fit!!!

I found this online store with Google Lens because I should have sandals. I wanted to replace the old sandals with new ones but from the same brand. On their site I typed in a brand and found brand new ones and luckily with the same size but in inches and mine was in metric. I contacted support to confirm availability and if the size was correct. Steve responded quickly every time I sent a new message, the response was quick and accurate. BTW, I purchased another type of sandals to be available for free shipping. I bought my sandals on a Thursday and by Tuesday they were at my house. Good products, great support!!

They always have your size and when they don't they transfer it over with 24-48 hours. It my go to place for the entire family each season. They carry summer shoes in the middle of winter as well, which is great for when you go on vacation and need some sandals or water shoes. So a huge selection of goods. Bonus is, they sell chocolates bars at the check if you feel like you need to get your sugar fix before you hit the road.
