Tim Hortons

3 day work in a row I’ve been to Tim’s drive thru and can not under the man who is taking the order also he rushed me through and didn’t listen to what I wanted. He shouldn’t be at your front line for customer service.

This is my favourite Tim Hortons to go to. I’ve been going here for 3 years and I don’t think they’ve ever made me a wrong order or disappointed! They’re always so fast and friendly. The food is always yummy. The coffee is hot and fresh and the donuts are fresh.

Our local Tim Hortons, we visit you at least 6 times a week. Your steeped tea, assorted wraps and bagels have become an addiction.

Aryan was the only person, who I found was very sweet and great customer service provided by him.

The restaurant is shared with a Wendys and has ample seating. The restaurants were both busy. Service was quick in line and staff seemed have drive through customers ordering with no majot delays. There is ample parking all around the location. Restrooms were clean also. This TIMS location is hiring FT staff currently..l

Great coffee again, however, didn't win on my Roll Up.

A big thank you to the gentleman at the drive thru window. I dropped my credit card and I couldn't find it under my car with my lil ones crying in the car. He was very kind to us, came out to search for my credit card while I parked. Great staff and service!

What can you say. It's Tim Hortons, pretty much quality is the same but the staff is amazing. Between Jay and Tiffany on drive thru that I have normal interactions with. They are always so friendly and happy.

I came to do a review because the person taking drive thru orders right now is amazing I love hearing someone in a great mood when I come here. Iv had him at the window too and he is fantastic and should be noticed for his positive attitude as it is a breath of fresh air.

I am annoyed sometimes that they don't stir the coffee or tea here but he makes up for it

I placed an order through the app for delivery and sadly when I received the order it was missing items. I contacted the app and I contacted the store. The store immediately picked up and the very pleasant women handed me over to the manager. When the manager Lindsey, she said her name was promised to rectify the situation and was very accommodating. I was graciously surprised! All around absolutely wonderful customer service. Thank you Lindsey!!!

I just wanted to say I have been going to this Tim Hortons for about 2 months. And 1 lady has always stood out, I believe her name is Nicole. She is always pleasant no matter how busy you guys are. She is Quick and Efficient, I also noticed she is very helpful to other co workers. I am a Manager at a local Business and I will say she has all the attributes that I look for in an employee, and you should be very proud that you have someone like that representing your Business. Keep up the Great Work!!

I have to assume you are not Canadian if you are reading up on this establishment, love it or dislike it, a large portion of Canadians from coast to coast as well as PEI, Newfoundland and any other Canadian place I unintentionally neglected to mention, would agree that Tim Hortons is part of modern Canada's social identity. Personally I prefer Starbucks but do appreciate how Tim Hortons has become synonymous with Canadian society and culture. I also have great respect for all the good people that would never be quite the same should it hypothetically ever disappear.

Good place for a good coffee and snacks.

Well, Tim Horton means always crowded; although I waited for a while for my order, but the cashier was very friendly and he was smiling there, and my order was way better that I wanted it. Mocha was absolutely amazing and my wrap tasted great.

Ice coffee is good , hockey picks on the app are the best getting points and free coffee and the season just started.

Jay that is working the drive thru recently is absolutely wonderful! He makes me smile every day and I could not ask for a better way to start my morning!

Fast and friendly. The staff is great and always makes you feel welcome. The coffee, location and food are great.
