Real Canadian Superstore St Catharines

We frequently buy our groceries here but today (WedJan31) at checkout #1 at 11:45am (I didn't catch her name) the associate was the best. I've had a lot of very friendly staff at this location but the woman today stood out! She was personable and kind, and even the other customer ahead of us left smiling and we all had a chat whilst loading up our groceries!
Even said the cutest thing as we left "Keep on smiling you guys!" An Absolute Sweetheart!

Like to shop st this store. They have a wide variety of products in every department. Their Organic section is amazing, the Bakery has a wide selection too. Produce is fresh. On occasion I have asked for certain items and they were helpful. The atmosphere is lively, the place is clean and service good. There will always be some items more expensive here than other places, but then they also have many Specials. It balances out.

Shop there every other day. Staff is more than willing to help. Staff have gone back to check if something is sold out or they have more. Excellent place to shop.

Offers on many products unlike Walmart which gives low quality freshness many times like if u buy from here they last a month and from Walmart it’s a 4-5 day max use thing. See the diff yourself on same products.

Grocery pickup here is excellent. Produce selection is always on point and the staff works very quickly.

Lots of products to choose from, great big store with a fantastic layout! Oh and the $1 bread they have is so fresh I bought 5!

I just want to highlight a great employee at the St. Catharines Superstore on 4th Avenue. Today an employee "Richard" where the Chickens are cooked made my day. He was so attentive with allowing me to make a special order that was not on the shelf at the time and told me he could have it ready in 12 minutes. I could see he was very busy with chickens coming out of the ovens and Potato wedges and chicken tenders in the fryers. (He seemed to be working alone) I came back early and he recognized me and said they were just about ready. So I said to him you look really busy... he said ya but that's ok. I asked him "how he was doing?" He said "Good. Need to stay positive". I asked why, has it been a tough day? Well.. He said. "I lost my ear pods today and to top it off my bike got stolen... before I could say anything, He said "but those are just physical things... I can get another bike and another set of ear pods. You need to think of the positive things." :) Well I asked him his name.. "Richard" he said.. then asked me what my name was and he said I hope I see you again!! I said I hope I see you again also. This young man brightened my day and I hope some blessings come his way for being a positive person with a bright attitude.
I just needed to share it and hopefully his managers and cooperate see this and do something for him.

There are good sales to found here. There is always large selection of high quality food. Probably the best meat department in St.Catharines for a major grocery store. There is so much more to found in this large store. A good housewares section with items available at competitive prices.

As a visitor from out of town, I found the store welcoming, clean, and easy to navigate for what I needed.

It's kind of thr Canadian Tire of grocery stores 😕. Very big, lots of selections and lots of products you don't usually find in your basic grocery store.

Fortunately, the people that worked there when I was there were friendly and happy to help me find my way around.

It is a wonderful store filled with many treasures. Prices are comparable to other stores but always something on sale! Employees are wonderful!

I felt surprised when my friend told me that they have Chinese Long Donuts. Not all the prices are good, but they have lots of selections.

Nope, never went in, too difficult to shop, so I remained in car while driver went in
