We always find what we're looking for here. Today, we decided to purchase an outdoor patio set. Henry's customer service exceeded our expectations, not only was he helpful but he went above and beyond to ensure we got what we were looking for. Aiden was also very helpful with our purchase. Even the garden staff ensured we were okay in loading up our new patio set, so nice! Truly a great bunch that works there and easily the best Home Depot location we've been to.

Purchased an echo weed wacker. Used it once and it was not working. Over accelerated and stalled. Brought it back and they wouldn’t return it. Said it was 5 days over the 30 day policy. No in store credit. What happened to the days when equipment lasted years. Home Depot knows these machines don’t last. Apparently not even 35 days. (Used it once when I went to the cottage.) but they said I can go get it repaired if I’d like…….
Use to shop here with confidence that they would stand behind their product. Customer service needs a polish

Edit: They resolved the return. I am happy they made an exception and were able to accommodate. Store Manager is a pleasure to deal with. Back to being my favourite store

Great store for all your home improvement needs, with really good deals. For years been going to this location specifically as it has a superior service and compared to others.

Amir and Sarah were extremely helpful today with our patio purchases as well as great deals on credit services.

I was working on a project to add shelves to my closets at home. I came in to the store with measurements and needed to buy the wood and the shelves. I wanted to give a huge shoutout to one of the staff members: Marcelo (I hope I spelt his name right). He went above and beyond in ensuring I get the correct amount of wood and shelves for my project. He cut the wood to my exact measurements. He also answered all of my questions and was very patient with me! Marcelo is an excellent example of outstanding customer service and deserves all the recognition for being stellar at his job. Thanks Marcelo!

Marcello helped me today with choosing some boards for my porch leaner paint class and then cut them or me. He was patient and took his time to choose the straight ones! Lots of smiles and very pleasant.

I love this store! But I don’t understand why everyone says it’s all self checkouts… sure you have the option of cashing yourself out, but there is most definitely a cashier there for you if you don’t want to cash yourself out. Is the cashier already helping someone? Well then wait in line behind them, just like you’d have to do at every other checkout in existence. Don’t jump on Google and give a false review just because you didn’t want to wait a few minutes for a cashier to cash you out.

Just had rosemary create my dream kitchen. I have an old house and the space is scarce. She showed me a variety of ideas but using my measurements. I can’t believe the Home Depot can do that! It came complete with quotes and all! Thx again Rosemary!

Amazing service yesterday morning. Craig processed a return for me and sent me to Chris who was able to expertly help me with 2 issues that I was having with replacing my aging bathroom fixtures. He even went online to research why what I returned did not work and opened the boxes of what he helped me choose so that I could see that they were exactly what I needed. Awesome service. Thank you

The staff here have always been very pleasant and helpful. We’re always able to find what we need. Will be ordering my appliances here soon, we’ll see how that goes!

The St. Catharines Home Depot had plenty of staff available and on the floor to help customers. Had excellent service there. The store was bright and clean as well.

Came in Saturday and Sunday for projects I'm doing around the house. Frank from plumbing was a great help both times. Other big box hardware stores it's usually hard to find helpful associates.

May 4, 7, 2024. Returned orders for T bars and chicken wire. Fortunately, over the 2 interactions, one in store with Tammy, Lora, and Saige, and the second one over the phone with Elizabeth at the St. Catharines HD, the experience was very positive! Great job! With a smile, humour and so efficient! HD protect these talented gals at all costs!!!

Came here to pick up a air filter for a lawnmower and they had one that I needed plus it was way cheaper then anywhere else and all of the employees where super knowledgeable and helpful great work guys keep up the great work!!!

Retraction. Just a quick few words about Home Depot. I had an order of over $800 of siding. The company I had doing the job was expected to be finished around 12 or 12:30. I received a phone call from the boss of the company telling me that all the siding in the one box was the wrong color. So out of the goodness of his heart he went and bought a box of the proper color. The job was finished Thursday, certainly not on scheduled, but no cost to me, they left at 5pm. Thank you again Roofing Guaranteed. Home Depot did make up for whomever put that order together ( who needs to be reprimanded ) But I will say, thank you Stephanie. You probably kept a customer.

I would like to say I've been to Home Depot 3 or 4 times since the incident of the siding being the wrong color, I've had the opportunity to see real workers that respect the customer. A couple lazy ones to but for the most part workers that seem genuinely happy to give the customer assistance. I fully respect that and for that I'm giving 5 stars, keep up the good work. I blamed a store for one person's mistake.

Well organized, always carts and parking, plus it's never hard to find an associate who is knowledgeable and willing to help! 10/10 experience and will be back, their price beat/match guarantee is also very useful!! Farah cashed me out on this visit and she was very friendly and professional, plus she knew lots about the extended warranty!
Franklin helped me on my next trip here, he got a ladder and everything to help me get a product. Very nice gentleman.

Just wanted to update my review. Still an absolutely incredible team working this location. Everyone is quick to help and very knowledgeable. As someone who worked customer service previously I simply cannot commend them enough, truly a great job to each and every employee!! :)
