I was a bit surprised at the variety of useful items they carry. It's more than just painting supplies and blank canvases, as I thought. I have purchased a painter's canvas, foam board, and a bunch of colorful t- shirts. All of it on sale. They have, figuratively speaking, tons of great stuff for arts and crafts.

This is the best Michaels store! Rhonda and team were so helpful! I wanted something specific and checked with them over a phone call first and they helped me with almost every detail possible! Went in store and had the same pleasant experience with customer service! Thank you so much Rhonda and team!

A special word of appreciation to the employee who was at the frames centre this AM, who helped find and fit my odd sized jigsaw puzzle art.

I mostly come here for yarn and there's generally a good selection. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store appears clean and put together. Lots of parking is available. Overall, good location.

The best place to buy all the crafty supplies and enjoy their coupons. The staff are so welcoming. I have been visiting for the past 6 years, and I always feel like a home to me.
Just walk and check they always have some good deals going on. Their online shopping is my favorite now. I order, and my hubby goes picks it up

Michaels is my go-to craft store. They always have great sales and coupons. Ordering online for pick up is also really easy.

The store was not crowded, had absolutely everything, and I was mesmerized by all the colors and the infinite possibilities! :D

Great Staff - knowledgeable, polite, approachable, available (never have to go look for help even though they are super busy), Professional. The use of the cell phone system is neat (I Hope other customers don't think the customer service Professionals are on personal phones.

My first time at this location. It was very clean and organized. Greater at the tye front door upon entering helped direct me to what I was looking for. And after going to Kitchener and Cambridge locations, I finally found the ribbon i was looking for.

Reliable spot with a few handy staples. 5 stars is mainly for the staff though, I had to do a return today and was helped by Rhonda and Karen who were helpful and friendly, went above and beyond to get my feedback and help me find what I needed instead. Lovely interaction with some hardworking folks!

Often has great sales! I’ve gotten ridiculously good deals here from looking carefully. The location can be difficult to find as it’s not directly in the main plaza.

Great Christmas decoration option! Or any seasonal decorations for that matter! Reasonable prices especially if on sale.
