We are very happy with the service we received from Whitby Denture Clinic. Chris went beyond for us to get a new denture for my mother after she lost them while being in hospital. He worked with to make appointment around her schedule He has such a sweet and calm mannerism that my mom really appreciated. Thank you so much Chris. You made getting my mom a new denture a very easy task. I will bel reccomending friends and family to you. I will miss not coming in for appointments.

My husband went to Chris after his 1 year old dentures ( he had made from another denturist) had split and his bottom Partial had a tooth fall out. Chris was excellent presented all options to us. We chose to go with new dentures made by him. He kindly repaired the old set free of charge while we waited for the new set to be completed. My husband is 100% satisfied with the results they fit and look perfect. Thank you Chris for your excellent service and workmanship. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a denturist.

Always accommodating, attentive, incredibly nice! I don't hesitate to recommend.

Tells you that he accepts odsp clients and that dentures are approved only to tell you there not approved once you get to your appointment.

Chris knew how sensitive this matter was to me and how I mulled over the upper denture decision. He took me on and then dropped me once I made appointment for extractions etc. I had all my ducks in a row and was told by Chris that his schedule was too busy. So I asked why take me on knowing you now can not make dentures. He even took mold, sent estimate in. If he has no time and time of year then why??? He didn’t have an answer so I am left in cold 🥶 now end of year trying to find a proper Dentirist who has time, effort and no scheduling conflicts. Chris’s only issue is himself and no receptionist to help in daily to say operations. Hey Chris no one can run a clinic on one man show. Anyone I advise you as nice as Chris is don’t be fooled he’s got no time and doesn’t care. He dropped ball!!!!

He made my dentures too big and when I asked him to fix them, he explained I hadn't asked if he guaranteed his work and I would have to pay in full again if I wanted him to " try again".
