Very accessible and has a lot of international food options. This is our go-to grocery store. Frozen tilapia here has a very similar taste to the one that’s sold in Central Luzon, Philippines. There are sale on specific most of the time.

I also like how they have so much information posters on how to donate to Salvation Army’s food banks.

Best grocery store in Whitby. Cashiers are great and so is the rest of the staff. This has been my go to store for years and I hope it will be for years to come!

Nice and clean store with enough parking. Perishables were fresh. Price seemed to be lower than nofrills . They have plants and soil in summer. Deals are good 👍

Customer service above & beyond. A customer in front of me left an item on the counter. The young lady at the register saw the item and dashed across the parking lot to return the item. Great work Kelly!! Thank you for putting the customer first.

Great value, usually very well stocked for sale items, most often not much wait at checkout, and friendly staff. Much better deal to buy chips here then most other stores. Store brand chocolate bars are also great value

Nadine was an absolute gem of a worker. Not even from the area but had to go there when I was visiting a friend. She was dealing with a difficult customer when I was there. She kept her cool and was very professional. When I approached afterwards she was in good spirits and still had time for me. Cannot stress enough how great she was.

This was my first trip to this store. Shelves were all well stocked. The store was clean. Lots of parking and very easy to enter and exit the parking lot. I think the best part of the visit were the other customers. The customers in the store were all extremely friendly towards each other. What a nice change! Check out was quick, efficient and the sales associate was very friendly too. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience. I will be back to this store.

Very friendly staff and wide variety of supplies and quite a clean store compared to other locations I've shopped at in the past especially the Oshawa locations they're quite dirty! This location is my favorite store! The cashiers and staff members who stock the shelves are always very helpful and friendly nor like at the giant tiger in Whitby where all the staff members are rude and miserable all the time! I stopped shopping at Giant tiger in Whitby due to the fact that I cannot tolerate the attitudes of the staff members there anymore

Great selection of appliances and much more, at a reduced cost. Friendly not pushy sales person. Only open to the public 2 days per week. Need to know about products to make a good decision for what you need.

Two trips now and I know where anything is. Nice variety of product and brand for a smaller grocery.
Parking had not been an issue, although peek hours could see problems. The staff are young, visibly hard working and professional.

Proper guidelines followed with further protections in place. If there is a line up outside, it's quick. If there isn't, it's quicker.

My favorite grocery store ! Great price, a number of times offered loose so can use my own bag also they did away with plastic bags which is 💯 for helping the environment. Lot of international products available. Staff is very friendly

Nestled in a relatively obscure plaza in the heart of downtown Whitby is an absolute gold mine of a grocery store. This place puts the "Fresh" into everything they do. I've been to other Fresh Co. in the Durham Region and this one is miles above them all. The day I was there 2 employees stood out from the other excellent workers. A cashier, named Erin and another staff member who's name was Gabe. Both were exceptionally knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would definitely go back.

I don't really like writing reviews on grocery stores however my interaction with Chris in the vegetables area was amazing, I wanted a cauliflower and he went to the back to get one for me. He made this trip worthwhile

My favourite grocery store in Whitby, mostly due to convienence. Located just south of the downtown core Freshco has a decent selection of produce,meat, and grocery items. The staff is very friendly, the sales are great, and the overall price of goods is very reasonable in comparison to other grocery stores. Added bonus: It never seems overly busy, regardless of time or day of week.
