I'm a long time shopper of this Walmart as it's my home store. It was recently renovated so everything looks tip top, but it has always been a very tidy and organized store. A big bonus is there's often items on deep clearance which makes for a nice shopping surprise. Grabbed these 3 items (basically damaged packaging) at great deals yesterday. The manager and staff were friendly, and everything was brought out to my car. You'll definitely get the ideal Walmart shopping experience here.

Monica the Deli Associate went out of her way to provide my Mother with a cart. When Mom couldn't find a blue basket. We were extremely grateful for the exceptional service. It made our shopping experience a real gem. Monica provided us kind with a friendly temperament. She definitely set the bar for other's to follow.

Exceptional service by teller Arghya CSM. His dedication to serving customers is exceptional. He not only checked the receipt before giving it to me and detected a double charge but took the trouble to go to the Customer Service for the refund and himself processed the refund so that I did not have to stand in the line there, as I was in a hurry. This kind of service is worth mentioning.

This was my first time at this location, and it'll be my new preferred location. It is cleaner and more organized than the Ajax location. The front door associate Zan was so friendly and great at his job. Evey other employe we spoke to was helpful and friendly.

As with most visits the store is clean and tidy, well lite. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I was also picking up a on line order. Some items I need are not available in store, but only on line. They do need to work on there systems. Last order had 2 errors in it. This one was perfect. We'll see what my next one will be!

I was just in the store at the customer service desk trying to send money through western union. I had help from Sabah (I hope I am spelling her name right!). I was really impressed by her customer service and genuine smile while helping me. She had the best service I’ve had at any Walmart in a very long time.

An overall great Walmart. They have all sections including a grocery/pharmacy.

Clean and well maintained store. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Courteous and helpful associates.

I must extend a special thanks to Zoe and Tania for saving my son's birthday. Without Zoe the cake wouldn't have been ready on time for the party and Tania made sure we get this delivery on time.
Whatever happened with the my pre- order cake is now history. I am so grateful to these ladies as they went above and beyond to make sure my son gets the same cake for his party and they get it delivery on time for the cake cutting. Thank You once again.

I went to this location in Whitby
today and was helped by a lady in the meat department named Leanne. She was extremely helpful and left me feeling great about shopping there. Wallmart needs more employees like her.

I’m am not a regular Walmart shopper . I find I prefer smaller stores ( as a preference) however I will go in if I need something specific that I saw online . ( which now I realize it’s not always right as it could be online only or a American site ) anyhow I asked this really nice lady and she had asked another and we searched for the item . She then asked another ..we didn’t find it as it’s likely American site . But! They were so very friendly and helpful!! I was truly impressed. Thank you ☺

I love that they have the Self-payment, it is faster, I found everything I was looking for and even a little more!
