Delany's Coffee House

Quick 10min caffeine-snack stop at Delany's Dundarave early Tuesday afternoon. Bright new mod interior vibe and uber-friendly people.

The walls of its spacious location display paintings by local artists (land/seascape pieces shown in my photos by Danyne Johnston), while many outside tables fronting Marine Drive and winding along central covered breezeway lead to a back landscaped view terrace.

Delany's has broad array of generously-sized fresh paninis, sandwiches, croissants, many delicious baked goods, beverages, and of course, specialty coffees. My latte was creamy superb and Smartie cookie rather tasty.

Delany's offers deliciously rich coffees, delectable sweet and savory foods, and undeniably amazing atmosphere in Dundarave Village.

Delicious!! I had the chai latte and it was so good and spiced perfectly! Not too sweet either like the ones at Starbucks, it had such good flavor and was the perfect drink for a rainy fall day. The Apple strudel muffin was also great! :)

I visited this cafe at Christmas week, after visiting my doctor in Marine drive. It was too cold and heavy raining. I had to spend sometime inside to wait for the cap I booked, I found this place very warm and fancy with beautiful Christmas decoration, lights and pastries, I felt go in.
I had great time there, enjoy my coffee and cookie. Atmosphere and ambiance were very lovely as well. Recommended!

Went in early March, he had an earl grey tea and I had a lavender earl grey tea, both were tasty. We shared the carrot cake which my date said was the best he’s ever had, definitely would recommend.

The best coffee house 😊. Really great coffee and great service. A beautiful space to enjoy coffee with your friends.

Visiting from out of town I had the cold brew coffee with chocolate in it. Was very good. They also has the best most or cookie I might have ever had (and I eat a lot of cookies). Friendly staff and seem really accommodating during Covid. It was a great experience.

This is hands down, the place for coffee! The staff, the owners are amazing people, my favourite coffee and baked goods are fresh.

I work in the area and I have coffee here almost every day. The coffee is great and they have many organic varieties as well. The staff are friendly and upbeat.

La crème de la crème for Coffee!
Great oat milk latte & Americano miso to start my morning, very close to my office (Jeanne Gossart Real Estate) and very fast! I also love coming here on the weekend, to meet clients. The perfect local coffee shop. Modern-style renovation that lightens the space. I highly recommend the breakfast sandwiches as well.

Wonderful place to stop and get coffee and delicious treats. Parallel parking on the street or plenty of parking at the beach.

Friendly, welcoming and kind staff. Most importantly, amazing coffee! I get the Robin's Reserve whole beans and grind them at home. That way I can take Delany's with me everywhere!

Great Coffee!! A little pricy, but apparently you pay for the convenience of having it close by and the winner for the Readers Choice Award for 2024.

I come here quite often and have always been greeted with a smile and helpful advice when I’m unsure about something on the menu. The food is outstanding every time and the quality shines through. The coffee is amazing and gives you the perfect kick.
Will definitely be back.

It was first time I have been this coffee shop. A coffee was so good! My friend told me that they use a organic coffee bean that made a different taste. There are many private space which has a distance with another people, you can chat with friend no worries any crowd.

Easy to park outside.

Wonderful family run business with the best chocolate whip for my mocha! Great atmosphere and the friendliest staff.

Try the sausage roll its very tasty and don't forget to grab a latte...Best in West Van!
