Groomers and sales associates are extremely helpful and nice. Every time I come in with my dog, they greet him and help us with all of his needs.
I will be back for puppy training in hopes they can help me with some behavioural issues with my dog.

Came in with the kids "just to see" and walked out with a bearded dragon! The staff were very knowledgeable and gave an encyclopedia worth of advice and helped to load me up with everything I needed. I know I'll be back again and again for more crickets, this little guy is hungry!

The groomers have been amazing with our boy who can be difficult given his size at only 6 months but they are incredibly patient with him.

Today we dropped in with our new senior dog and the store was clean, the people were friendly and we had a great time overall. HOWEVER.. the best part of our trip was checking out with Andrew! He was so polite and chatty. He asked questions about our girl and we talked about his old fella at home and new guinea pig. The folks behind us seemed annoyed but who cares? Andrew was going above and beyond to make sure that each customer felt welcomed and I almost tempted to request his work schedule just so I can chat with him again. Thank you Andrew for making our day a wonderful one and we hope to see you again soon! PetSmart.. don't let him go because he is the kind of person who will keep your customers coming back for more friendly and helpful checkout experiences 😊

The staff is very helpful and you can tell that they care about the animals in the store. When we went to pick up our leopard gecko, the staff member who helped us was probably more excited than we were. She took the time to answer all our questions and spoke about all the reptiles that she has had, giving us suggestions and advice to get us started.

The store is clean and organized, so it's easy to find what you're looking for. Their return policy is fantastic, and you never have to worry about being given a hard time if you bought the wrong thing or your pet didn't like something you tried.

There is also lots of parking and it's at a main intersection, so it's easy to get to. I'm happy to return here for any of my pet's needs.

Walked in knowing nothing about aquariums or related equipment. Pranit was extremely helpful and patient with educating me, while also tactfully helping multiple customers at once. An excellent representation of good customer service at the store. Lady at checkout was nice too. Will definitely be returning.

All tags facing up - phone number associated with the account being blurted out as sooooon as I get to the cash. Every time, like clockwork. I'm in and out quickly. Everyone is so polite even though I feel like I'm rushing them. 😂 but I want in and out quickly and their team gets it done. No complaints

One of the nicest Petsmart locations that I take Lasagna to for grooming and also get his treats from. Everyone is super friendly and nice here. They do a great job! :)

Their product selection for Aquariums & Fish care is excellent, but what impressed me most was the knowledge of the gentleman working with the live fish. He was able to help me select the correct bloodworms for my guppies and was honest that they would destroy a plant I had my eye on. The cashiers were just as friendly. Great location to shop at.

Amazing grooming service for cats, easy to schedule, great communication and customer service. Had my cat groomed here, very good quality shave, nail trim, etc. Highly recommend.

I usually don’t write reviews but definitely felt the need! My 1.5 y/o high energy bernese mountain dog Beana came in for a grooming appointment with Casey today. Not only does she look absolutely amazing, Casey was so so sweet! Will definitely book with her every time going forward.

We get Barley groomed by Maddy and she’s the best! They also have tons of pet products to take home to your furry friends

Absolutely appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the great variety to choose from. The one stop shop for our home as we have a dog, 2 cats and 3 different fish tanks!

It's clean, organized, and the front cashier, Andrew, is so friendly and personable. Making petsmart feel like home with our fur babies.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable on pet needs and products. I have adopted 2 cats from this Pet Smart, and the volunteers and staff have been amazing throughout the adoption process.

Cat had had his first grooming session. It was a pleasant experience for us both. Jada-Marie did a great job!

I was visiting the Erb st Petsmart this morning Saturday January 20th to purchase cat supplies. The gentleman at the cash register Andrew was the most pleasant, outgoing Employee I have ever intereacted with. His customer Service was out if this world,impeccable. Top notch service by him. Andrew deserves more then a 5 star review. We need more Andrews in this world. He totally brightened my day. I hope the person reading this let's Andrew know what an amazing Employee he is and an even better person.

The staff is great, specially the groomers. They are passionate about their work and always take excellent care of our Duke. Keep it up.

Due to a family emergency, I am staying with my Dad in Waterloo. I can’t get to my usual groomer, so went to PetSmart. They took him in immediately, and he was finished quickly. No crying, no complaining, and she was very sweet. I may switch!
