Beautiful apartments in a beautiful location.

This is a fantastic place,as any appartement building ,it is not your house ,there can be minor issues,but the layouts are great ,the rooms very big ,great large windows ,I am on the 5th floor and the views are spectacular, beautiful sunshine .The location is fantastic !!It is not modern but so spacious. The appartement was totally renovated before possession !!!
Je voudrais rajouter que ce complexe jouit d'une gérante exceptionnelle, elle est attentionnée et très humaine ,un atout certain au bon fonctionnement des appartements un très bon lien entre les "gros patrons propriétaires " de ce complexe et des locataires.
Bravo et merci à Capreit d'avoir fait un choix aussi judicieux pour ce poste si important dans le bon fonctionnement du Lanthier Royal.🙂

apartments are old but spacious , old appliances, work that must be done ,months of complaints...... washer and dryers are always in disrepair and washing and dryer prices are very expensive out door pool has not worked since 2019,,,, exercise room??? if you want to call it has just been set up... Garbage and recycling over flowing on weekend, afraid of rodents...... the only thing keeping us here is the location!!!!

Très bruyant surtout en avant ont entend les voisins entre les murs pas très insonorisé et dispendieux

Thanks to companies like capreit. Now we get old not well maintained appartements for the price of a whole salary per year !!
