a few months ago, someone hit my parked car was lookin around and stumble upon assured auto, read the reviews and was kind of skeptical not gonna lie but still want to experience it myself. took a few months to get it checked out understand short staff and covid that they were behind which is totally understandable. set up a date aug 16th to get it done. dropped the car off and today i got a call it was completed ready for pick up. checked the car bumper fit, looks brand new! service to me was fantastic, detail the car and even put air on my rear driver tire. i personally would recommend them to get body work done, also would thank jason and Saumya for keeping me in the loop

This was the third time bringing the car over and the service is impeccable and can say they know what they're doing. I also own a WRX which should let people know they know what they're doing with sport & performance cars. The paint matches with my car and I'll always recommend them to anyone I know who needs repair or paint!

Alec did an amazing job on the bodywork of my silver 2013 corolla. It came in to the shop in December, and after a long wait I finally got it back in March. Due to the damage my car took from the collision, I had 4 panels (with multiple body lines) that needed repair. Alec skillfully fixed everything and I couldn’t be more happy with the shape my car is in again. Thanks so much guys!!

Stephanie is a gem- very personable. As for the mechanical team, they did great work on my Volvo. The rear of the car now looks like it just rolled off the dealer's lot and we're talking about a ten year old vehicle here.

There was a small hiccup at the beginning due to a miscommunication with my insurance, but they were patient and did the work that was necessary (to an impeccable degree of quality) as soon as the approval came through.

God forbid I find myself in a similar situation some time down the road, I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle back here for more work.

So pleased! Car was in for repair/painting on Insurance claim. Perfect job, and for a reasonable extra price ensured the paint adhesion by correcting an unfinished paint job by a different shop. Also returned my car beautifully cleaned - saving me more than $100 for my usual Spring detailing.

I have been to a few body shops in the past so I am at least familiar with how they work and what constitutes good quality. The repair I needed done this time around involved my rear quarter panel and door. I got quoted at three places and to my surprise Queensway was cheaper by almost 1000 dollars in both cases.

The estimation process itself was very professional and they have a decent waiting room. The estimation took about 30 minutes in total including wait time. They send you on your way with the papers detailing the work required and the time they estimate it will take. There is no pressure to book at appointment at that time to bring the car in and that is something I really appreciated because I was still unsure at the time if I wanted to visit another shop for additional estimates.

Booking the car in for repair was easy and handled over the phone.

I was able to drop the car off Sunday night and leave it under their car port. They have a slot for the keys.

They open at 8:00 am so you can pick your car up nice and early if you want to get it before work starts.

They finished the work two days earlier than expected.

No pressure.

The repair looks really great.

Good warranty on work done.

Went there after a collision that caused a great deal of damage to much of my car's back end. They arranged everything for me and completed the repairs in just a few days, including paint blending. It looks perfect! Everybody was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back and would recommend them to others.

Great auto body shop to get your vehicle fixed. We had our 2016 Chevrolet fixed here, and they did an awesome job.

Had to replace my bumper and turned they my vehicle around in just one day! They even washed the vehicle, and the repairs looked great. They arranged for the rental agency to pick me up on the spot and I was able to leave the rental car there with them when I picked up my car as well. The receptionist was friendly and took my appointment even though my insurer did not book it properly. The estimator went over the estimate with me and asked if I had questions, and then when it came down to it the cost was even $200 less than the estimate (insurance paid but either way). I would highly recommend.

Great experience with Queensway. They repaired our hood and fenders better than new, arranged a rental car better than our current vehicle. It was a great experience. Thanks Ron and the team!

Great experience here! Someone had hit me from behind so I was getting my bumper fixed, they were good about going over everything with me. Cost covered through insurance so super easy.

I'd like to take the time and thank two individuals at this location Stephaine was great with keeping my updated with the work that's was being done on my car and Ron was fantastic with helping me get back into my ride after waiting for some time to be able to get it worked on and fixed and I must say the wait was well worth it you all did an amazing job making my car look brand new again so happy with the work and the efficiency so thank you thank you thank you so so much for everything you did you guys are the best
