Awesome, friendly, helpful staff, very clean presentation, and they are always very quick to make sure the lines move fast, and that everyone is helped in a quick, efficient manner.
If only every store ran this way, retail would have no nightmare stories from clients.
(I can only agree that there would still be nightmare stories *about* the clients hahahaha)

Who don't like relaxing with friends,family while have a glass of wine or beer , and everything in-between. The Staff are all fantastic, kind, friendly , and helpful. Stop infor any alcohol that you are looking for. Please drink responsibly. Thanks.

Most of the workers are very friendly but due to a busy location they can often run out of certain products. I will take the friendliness though - perfect opportunity to explore a new drink!

Today at the Highland Rd LCBO location, I had the pleasure of meeting and outstanding Customer service employees named Vicky. I was looking for a certain brand of Baileys and when she tried to find a location everyone was out except the Guelph location. Vicky offered to pick up the bottle and bring it to the Kitchener location. . I was stunned. What a great employe you have there. She went above and beyond her call of duty. Thank you

Pro-tip, always bring ID. Not because you look 5, because the cashier's just wanna do their job and move on. They are supposed to ID a lot of people.

I like to bring my passport, because it gets a laugh.

I went to this store because the first one I visited didnt have my wine in stock. I think this is my new LCBO. The lady that helped me was really friendly and gave me great information. She is even getting them to order more of my favourite wine than they usually do after our chat. It sells out too fast. Great experience!!

Visited this location as they had a specialty beer I was looking for. This is now my favourite LCBO location in the region as the craft beer selection is the best I have found. The whiskey, bourbon scotch selection it's also above average. Cheers to the store Manager

A simple but very effective LBCO store! It is not the biggest store, I'd say that it's a medium size store with all the selections that the others carry that has a big variety of brands & styles of liquor or beer.

Store had a makeover not too long ago & the new door style coolers for the brands being chilled is alot better than it used to be.

Parking lot is a big one but however it's a very busy parking lot that shares with other businesses. Can be a headache just to park especially at peak times.

Staff at this location is top notch! Always very friendly & good at thier respective jobs!

Highland Road W. location has one of the best selections of European Beers, and Argentine Malbecs. Customer service is excellent as well

Beer cooler area could be colder

If you like selection , they have selection of sorts. If you need help finding things staff are friendly and can help you, wide selection of beer wines and spirits as such. Check it out !
