Service is good, food was fresh, i got a chicken bowl, made quickly, perfect for a lunch break. There's pre-mixed options like treata & spring rolls. Cute spot to sit down, looks clean & taken care of. I belive they offer catering aswell.

Love this place. They have amazingly delicious Gluten free and vegan options and are open to dietary requirements. They have a focus on nutrition as a primary aspect of the shop so I feel good choosing this local business for my lunchtime spot. They've got Doughnuts, cupcakes, cookies, bowls, wraps, soup, icecream sandwiches, meal prep, coffee, smoothies and more. My one stop shop for something nutritious and delicious. They even made my wedding cake, gluten free carrot cake. It was so moist and delicious, no one suspected it was GF

Nourish made the gluten-free + vegan wedding cake of my dreams! We couldn't have been happier with our beautiful wedding cake from Nourish Eatery.
The cake itself was SO delicious and fluffy, with hints of buckwheat and vanilla. The thick, creamy frosting was heavenly. They used flowers I picked from my garden, and made my vision come to life. The team was very kind and helpful. I'm so happy we have a place offering cakes like this on the Coast!

Very good bowls with lots of options! I included tofu and mushrooms and opted for the cauliflower rice and mojito smoothie with the probiotic shot. Fresh and delicious! Nice staff! Location across from beach downtown Sechelt! Vegan and meat options!

The chicken wrap and nourish smoothie are my absolute faves, so yummy!

The Dan Dan noodle bowl and the churro donuts are addictively good, we keep going back for them! Very good selection of vegan food and treats, you can tell they care about their food.

My only minor constructive feedback is that the grilled tofu needs more grilling and more sauce.

Update: millet lemon cake is very good too but, got some frozen vegan pastry rolls, they were so bland, very disappointing.

Amazing customer service, really good food!! Would totally recommend. Only place like this on the coast!!

I couldn't be happier to have a place I can eat while on the Sunshine coast! My husband and I frequent here for vacation and we usually have to bring a ton of groceries and cook at our airbnb because there were not many options. It's so nice to go on vacation and not have to cook!!

I've never had so many vegan and gluten-free options, and the food is amazing, it's heaven! I've been eating there everyday; I've tried the rice bowls, spinach and potato roll, juices and doughnuts. You have the option to add on and modify the dishes to suite what you want which is the best!

I've seen some reviews about the food tasting bland, all my food has been so tasty but I also love real whole foods and their food is not drenched in salt and oil so it's much healthier and I feel great after eating there.

Also I get so annoyed when I see people complaining about the prices. Do they not know where they are?? BC is the most expensive place in Canada, it's almost impossible for a commercial food establishment to survive especially when they don't serve liquor so stop complaining about the prices to the business owners and complain to the government! This place is very well priced for the quality of food!

By far my favourite lunch place on the Coast! Generous portions and great ingredients. As a vegetarian who limits gluten and dairy, it's really easy to eat just about anything from here (including the donuts). Also LOVE their vegan GF frozen dumplings.

Loved the smoothie packed with espresso, dates, maple syrup and cashews and other quality ingredients. So delicious. We also had mini GF pumpkin pie and a treat box filled with holiday delicacies, mostly chocolate. First time visiting but can’t wait to go back.

Tasty vegan cupcakes 🧁 if you don't mind (white?) sugar. I assume they contain white flour as well.
My fave is the wraps because the wrap is made of something similar to filo, very flaky. Pick from various fillings and sauces, some vegan and some not.
Everything is fresh made by friendly folks.

So good! Great spot to grab lunch to go in Sechelt. Really great vegan and veg options with add ins for meat eaters. Friend and I enjoyed 2 fresh, delicious, healthy bowls on the seawall. The prices are really reasonable for the quality that you get and the service is great. I can't wait to go back for future lunch breaks :)

SO HAPPY Nourish exists in Sechelt! I'm loving the flavourful, healthy, dairy free bowls and the "cheesecakes" are a dream! Great for dairy free people like me, vegans, vegetarians & meat eaters alike! The owner & staff are super friendly too! Highly recommend Nourish!

Picked up some treats here and they were all amazing! We got cupcakes, churro balls, cake pop and a s’mores donut and they were all sooo good. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Tons of vegan and gf options which was a big plus! Will definitely return.

This place is the bomb and Sechelt is lucky to have it! Inventive menu of super tasty bowls - the Asian pesto is my fave - that changes every week. Super convenient and easy online ordering that makes life easy when you're in a rush. You can really tell they love what they do here and they put that love into the food. My go-to lunch spot in Sechelt!

Cheryl made the cake for our wedding and it could have been better! From the decorations to the taste, everything was top notch. Everyone that got a piece lived it. Thanks Cheryl! It was a highlight.
