I had a great experience at Shoppers Drug Mart in West Vancouver, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Elvira. I was looking for a specific cream for my skin problem, and Elvira went above and beyond to help me find the perfect product. Her knowledge and patience were greatly appreciated. I had a perfect experience at this location. A gentleman, who’s name is Klynt, helped me for purchasing the products which was fitted for my skin problem. I found him so knowledgeable. He’s completely professional in skin care and that was the first time i found a sales person who i could trust to his knowledge. I recommend if you go there, just find Klynt to get help. I’m sure that you will have a very perfect experience for shopping.

Klynt is very knowledgeable, pleasant attitude, kind, friendly, and he’s an asset to Shoppers Drug Mart. His advice was very professional and helpful to me. His product knowledge is amazing.

My experience today changed my mind about this store. Things have definitely changed for the better. All the staff I talked to were friendly and helpful. I came in for a fragrance and Klynt showed me a few including one on clearance. I didn’t feel pushed into anything and I had fun talking to him. We started talking about skincare and boy is he knowledgeable on his ingredients. I wasn’t ready to commit but he gave me samples to try. Very professional and I very much enjoyed my experience. I’ll definitely be going back again. Thank you!

There is a pharmacist there called Alec or Alex and he is outstanding. He is patient, respectful and genuinely interested in all his clients. He seems passionate about his job and is an asset to the team. I think this pharmacy gets very busy and sometimes the other pharmacists are a bit short with customers, however Alec always seems to make the time.

Not too much experience with the store itself. But the pharmacy staff are wonderful

Easy to park, great location, friendly staff. It is a small one but it is very useful. I go to that one at least once a week. I am glad we have one in Ambleside and I can walk from my office so convenient for the people who is working in Ambleside.

This place is a good cosmetics and pharmacy and the things that one need in a very pleasant way .
