Strawberry Milk Mob

The cutest swim ever! I just ordered two in the past week and am patiently waiting for another restock! As a business owner myself, I love seeing people go after their dreams and this shop is amazing!

Ordered the strawbaby swimsuit and it’s soo cute. I’m 5’6 129 lbs with athletic build and ordered a Small- it fits perfectly! So excited to wear on my upcoming trip!

I am an Australian who recently bought swimmers from here all the way in Canada. The shipping was free which is amazing and they came so fast, I was so surprised. I can tell all the pieces are made with such love. Keep it up xo

Overall I love this company. However, I paid extra for two day shipping, just to be told it wouldn’t come for over a week and a half after my order was placed. I was very disappointed as I was going to wear the matching swimsuit that I had ordered with my boyfriend on our upcoming trip. Obviously I wouldn’t have paid extra had I known that it wouldn’t even come within a week. Disappointed. But I still love strawberry and her sisters!

This review is about the popup in Pacific Centre.
The bikinis are cute but not super cheap for what they are.
I am not a fan of the store in Pacific Centre because there are no change rooms and no refunds for the bottoms.

Honestly, an other reason why I don't love this store is because it feels like I'm walking into the mean girls lion den.

For whatever reason there's always lots of staff even when it is not busy. I came in and I only saw one girl tiding up the store while 3 of them grouped together and gossiped. I tried to grab their attention but they were so busy talking they did not even notice.
As I was paying for my bikini, I could hear them talking about Uvic's party life which sounds like a fun conversation but not while there are customers around...

The bikinis are cute and good quality which is the only reason I’m giving this company 2 stars. Their customer service is AWFUL. They do not provide you with returns (it cost me 25$ to make a simple return) and don’t even guarantee you’ll get your refund. They take days before answering your emails and questions. Will not be ordering again.

I CANT FIND THE STORE idk if its a me problem and idk how yalls found the store. The bathing suits look really cute. Hope that you can add a sign or smth like that.

Bikinis are cute but customer support has been awful. I sent my bikini top on October 25th to exchange it and nothing has been done. I have to send multiple follow up emails to even get a response. The response time is anywhere from 3 days to a week/week and a half. I wish I wasn’t experiencing these problems cause I was super excited about the brand :( I have a vacation in a couple days and I was looking forward to wearing the bikini top.

Came to purchase in store, the staff never approached us and hardly even glanced at us. We came in a group of three and all three of us felt very uncomfortable in the atmosphere. I tried on a bikini set and I bought it, the cashier was only friendly to me when I walked to the counter to pay. The actual swim sets are super cute and decent quality but they don’t cater to a lot of sizes so beware.
