I was in my comfort swear pants and t shirt. Got profiled! The teen with security didn’t help me after I asked her if I can pay coins on self check, as I only bought $1.25 ballon pck.
I had to look for another clerk for help.

I went in quickly to grab the pack of gum. It scanned the incorrect price then labeled on the shelf. The cashier wasn't able to change the price so called the manager. Absolutely, rude and arrogant manager with no sense of customer service. Her name is Sharlene. Instead of listening to customer she was more about showing attitude. St Albert community doesn't deserve to deal with ever. Upper management people should look into this type of misbehavior with customer if you want the business.

One older cashier being angry with other customer, then said will help us at the till but she was giving us angry attitude too! Just come here for the first time to check out the newest dollarama st.albert but meh never again, too many dollarama in st.albert. I bet the other reviews was talking about the same women

I was in there today one of the older ladies was really rude and seemed bothered to help me was more interested in chatting with co workers then to help me I will be going to the one near save on foods always had great customer service there

Was just in this store. A couple of employees were in the aisles stocking shelves, were bad mouthing a coworker. Very unprofessional, not impressed at all.
These were older ladies.
