Walmart Supercentre

I lost my sweet daughter yesterday, and I was searching for her more than 10 mins. I was so stressed 😫 but then an Indian guy having a red shirt and orange turban asked me, "You are ok, mam? I told him about my daughter and he really helped me that time he found her within 5 mins he offered us water and something to eat. I felt so relaxed that time and very thankful towards him.

This is one of the cleaner Walmarts I've been to and the staff is pretty friendly. It's usually not so busy and you can always go through the self-checkout fairly easy. The produce has a pretty good selection and they have pretty well whatever you need for a quick stop. Having a pharmacy in the Walmart is also very nice to have and they have good hours also.

So I was walking towards the dairy isle then I asked the guy where’s the milk than he grabbed a Remington 870 with a AR-15 then I ran to the bathroom he started to beat my meat silky stuff was every and then he passed out and then when I got out the washroom another employee had an RPG-15 and he was throwing moldy cheese on me I think he was drunk and he looked like a dwarf shooter now please contact me If you see this man contact me

Absolutely amazing! From start to end it was really great. I will always prefer this location even though it is far from my home. CSM Rubi Patel helped me by with her all efforts and gave excellent customer service. She was really kind and humble to all customers. I will definitely keep going there.

Amazing sales associate named Blake Slaney. He is super cool funny beautiful and smart and he helped me find gluten free cookies. Please admin give him a raise. He is a pookie bear. Excellent service.

For the most part, it is a great place to shop.

Digesha was so helpful at the Walmart in Albany. She went out of her way to help me find the price of the item I was looking for. she was super friendly and helpful and helped me pack groceries, but the most surprisingly amazing thing Digesha did was that she found my diamond ring in shopping basket, it had somehow fallen out of my purse. The ring means so much to me because my dear niece gave it to me on my birthday. Digesha, you are not only helpful and friendly, but you are super ethical and honest! Way to go girl:)

Was just speaking to Rahma at the Photo Center. I placed an order 20Nov and I still haven't received my order. She asked the required information and said "If they are not finished, I will have a plan for you, okay?" She then put me on hold. The fact that she "reset" my clock and told her Customer that she would have a plan for me, set me at ease. GOOD customer service is hard to come by but she did her job well and gave me an honest answer up front. Although I've been waiting for 10 days for my express order. Her customer service was great!

Walmart is a place where most of Canadians visit because this has almost everything and all kind of meat and veggies. You can also find many types of toys.

These 5 stars are for Lujain(I think that's how you spell it) at the Customer service Desk. I needed to find a receipt and she was so helpful over the phone. She put me on hold but always checked back to tell me she'd be a bit longer. When she wasn't able to find the receipt with the info I provided, we hung up. About an hour later she called me back to tell me she tried looking at other dates and still wasn't able to find the exact receipt I needed but would be happy to keep looking if I had other dates for her. Seriously above and beyond what I expected. Thanks Lujain!

At 22 p.m., I went to this Walmart to return some things. Dana and the other lady who wore glasses and was very slim (I couldn't see her name) at customer service were very sweet and patient in dealing with my problem. They exuded a positive outlook and provided excellent service. Thank you, Dana, and the other lady at the check-out counter. Thank you to the management team for delivering excellent preparation to the whole team. This is my one and only Walmart that I went for shopping from now on. It's so wonderful.

Staff are always friendly and smiley! I love how they support the elderly who still wishes to be in the workforce. They have amazing deals and finds and most of the time their shelves are fully stocked.

Very Awesome customer service and satisfaction. Today, I bought towel paper rolls and the price on the was a wrong price but the nice lady there she matched the sticker price on the shelves. Although I was going to take them with their original price. Thank you so much.

There is a cashier worker named Blake, he’s very good at his job and really helpful. He always puts a smile on my face. Everyone else is very nice as well but Blake has to be the best of them all. Thank you and have a great day.

Excellent customer service by Raymond. We were struggling to find a product and he noticed us. He approached us and offered help. He went to their stock area and found that product for us. He was really kind and helpful to find us the product when the store was about to close in just few minutes.

This Walmart has many hard working employees. No one idle and many people of all ages and nations. Even the security guard was nice. Someone accidentally took my cart with my one dollar and the security helped me. The food section is also in good condition.

My daughter always goes wild over all the toys, so many isle of. She goes and grabs this and that, so excited but it's on to the next thing that catches her eye and last thing is forgotten and put on the shelf so after a dozen large things, like Frozen ll, she came away with 2 containers of playdough, $99cents each. But she had fun!

Very convenient, open till 11pm, got some milk and basic food items. Lots of parking, clean store, quick check out, friendly staff!
