I bought a metal privacy screen and your employee, Eric who specializes in hardware and knows a lot about carpentry and lumber helped me to figure out how to build a wood frame around this to make this privacy screen into a gate. He also helped me to figure out what hardware worked best for the size of the wood frame and considering the weight of the metal screen. Eric went above and beyond to help me and shared his knowledge of carpentry, which help me to figure out how to do this project on my own, saving me money. Without him I wouldn't have been able to figure out how to do it and would have had to hire someone. Thank you Eric! You are an exceptional employee and representative of the Home Depot!

I went in 15 minutes before closing and was immediately helped with purchasing 150 ft of baseboard. The associate offered to cut as well though it was getting close to closing time. We checked out at 1 minute past closing but I want to say that the service was the best I’ve had even though closing time is here. I also rented the van and it was very good experience as it was new,clean,affordable and they got me out the door in record time. I highly recommend this store as they seem to really understand customer service!!!

I wanted to share a great experience at Home Depot! We went in to get supplies for a project for our daughter and Kiwi, the lady who helped us, was absolutely amazing. She's definitely the friendliest and most helpful worker I've encountered anywhere. If they have an opening for a customer service manager, she should be their top pick for sure!

I stopped there to get a leaf blower, and the staff were friendly and healpful. Dwane went above and beyond and provided useful info regarding their tools and their specs, which changed my mind for a better option to buy. Will get back here for more tools. Thanks!

Bought flooring, returned the excess boxes of vinyl. No problems getting the returns sorted out. Selection in the electrical department is huge. Great place to shop for home and Reno’s.

Staff at this location have always been really helpfull and there are lots of them. Came in on the weekend when it was busy, staff immediatly helped me checkout shingles and other products and loaded them on my trailer with a lift with 10 minutes. Got 15% off the shingles for buying in bulk.

What you would expect from home depot. It's faster to find items if you download the app and then use it to find the isle and bin number. Cuts down on the time spent searching for something specific.

Always good service and selection here. Easy online shopping and pick up. I really enjoy the garden center in summer. It's my local favorite.

Jamie in the lumber area is the reason for my 5 star rating. He helped figure out the best deal for me and he was lovely. Some hardware stores ignore women but he was perfect. Brujesh, also was very helpful.

Good place to get pretty much anything you need. The staff at St. Albert are some of the best to interact with in the Edmonton Area. Definitely the location to go to if you're in the Northern Area and need a bit of help figuring out your project.

Went in to try and get the correct paint color for the 2nd time. Nadia helped me, and created a custom color for me, letting me know to try a test spot and if it wasn't exactly what I wanted to bring it back and we could add more dark to the color if needed. It turned out to be the perfect color I was searching for, and I couldn't be happier!!

The staff was so helpful. They offered helpful advice on the items we purchased and installation tips. They also helped us load our large items into our vehicle.

Great store. Customer service was fantastic. One of their floor colleagues, I believe his name was Greg, was especially helpful. Prices are reasonable and good selection.
