I went in looking for work boots and Alex explained the Dakota vs Timberland Pro vs Helly Hansen to me and what their reliability and use case would be. I especially enjoyed his recommendation for the lighter Helly Hansen boots. Didn't even know they existed! At the end I went for the Timberland Pros for longevity. Thank you so much for your help.

I went there for an exchange of an item that I bought online. The experience was a breeze. The employees were very helpful and they kept an eye on what I need. The lady at the till was very proficient. This was probably the best experience I had a Marks so far. I would definitely recommend and would go back again.

25 Feb 2022: Marks has not changed, their service quality of products is still as good as it was when I was last there. The shop assistants were very helpful and friendly with smiling faces. Makes a large difference.

They have a 50% off in most of the items, every penny worth, they just sold quality !!!

I had ordered a pair of pants online for work.
The came via delivery quickly, unfortunately the had the store security tag was still attached, and they didn't fit quite right.

I called the store and spoke with the manager there.
She apologized for what had happened, went and checked her stock, and got me the correct size, (without the security tag) delivered to my door by the time I got off work the next day!

We went last weekend to buy shoes for my husband. Got great deal, nice shoes . Helpful staffs, not that crowded and shoes section was big so had lots of choices.

Mishal was professional, well mannered and helped me find a great deal on work boots.

Great store 5 out of 5. Very clean with a decent selection (could be a little bigger) but never very busy so makes for a great shopping atmosphere. Very friendly staff and helpful. Would reccomend shopping here if you need clothes, works stuff, work out or shoes.
