Went to request a change for a parka as it had a minor defect. Even thou the same model was not available there, the manager helped me to find another store where I could find the same model. Great customer service.

I have always had to be a bit careful about where I shop due to my size, as most places don't carry clothes that fit me. I learned throughout my life which stores are good for me and which aren't. Then I moved to a different country, with different stores, and it's like I'm a fat self conscious preteen again, walking into skinny stores and realizing I'm not welcome.
A friend recommended this store, and when I went, I was disappointed to learn that they've actually been shrinking the range of sizes that they carry. I was able to find some clothing that fit (read: the amazing employees found some stuff), but I am just on the cusp of fitting into their largest sizes. I had such a great experience there today, and I am sad to know that I probably won't be able to shop here again.

If you're able to shop here though, you should. The employees care so much about making your day a little better!

My first visit was yesterday and it is a great store. Great layout! Good prices. Customer service needs a little work, but the manager saved the day. Considering it's right in westmont, I wouldn't expect for there to be language issues.

Good selection of comfortable casual and work clothes and shoes. Prices are very good during sales. Usually not too busy. Friendly and helpful staff.

I went to this equipeur to find scrubs. Its clean and neat. Everything is well placed. Not too many people but maybe its because i went on a monday evening. They seem to have quite a nice selection of scrubs! But the price is ridiculously expensive. They do have a rack of liquidation though. The brands are brands im not familiar with. But they are extensible. I found the store staff super super super friendly. Very helpful. Dressing room quite clean. All in all ints a nice equipeur.

Neat and tidy place. Things I scouted out online were there. I have was able to use my Canadian Tire points up as part of the payment. I won't lie I spent some time mulling my purchases options but basically it was in and out and done! Maybe because I was not in a big hurry but no complications! I'd go back some time, sure!

I just love L'Equipeur, any location. I buy most of my clothes and work/winter boots there. I find their products to be of high quality. Expensive yes, but you get what you pay for. Lasts for years. Highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff. And if you spend over 50$ you get free parking which is kinda awesome! Great quality stuff for reasonable prices.

I picked up a really nice flannel jacket for 17$ tax in off the liquidation rack. Wind River with wool lining and water resistant fabric. Usually a 65$ jacket.

Well-informed personnel listened to my needs and helped me make the right purchase. Great experience, I'll be going back.

Found what I need and want to when one thing I wanted they did have in my size they ordered it online for me and shipped to my home! Great service!
