This is by far the best Fabricland I have ever been to. The store is well organized, clean, easy access aisles and helpful knowledgeable staff. Even the bargain bin is neat and organized! Although there is a Fabricland close to my home, this location in St. Albert is now my go to even though it's a 45 minute drive. Exceptionally well stocked. Worth the drive.

This place is absolutely fantastic with amazing people. Janette, one of the ladies who works there, is amazing from her knowledge to her customer service. I walked in with a project in mind, and didn't know how to execute the idea. She helped me with knowledge on fabrics, how to use them and so much more. Honestly if you love Pinterest you are going to love this store.

Excellent customer service as always at this location! Great teamwork with helping a customer with a lot of questions and getting what they need to do their project properly.

I'll be honest I am not a huge fan of most fabrics here....BUT notions, batting and basic fabrics like fleece, sure! And when they have a sale, for sure yes!

The staff are friendly, happy & helpful. There is a huge selection of pretty much anything related to fabric you could want with reasonable prices or great sale prices if you're willing to look around. The great tunes they were playing in the store today made my shopping experience all that much more pleasant. Rock on, Fabricland!

UPDATE TO UPDATE: Management has taken care of the scissor problem and returned both. I will trust this business to stand behind their products.
UPDATE: Management has called me back as I can return a horribly cutting pinking scissors. I purchased a second one and it is just a little better which I might actually get them to try to see what they think. It doesn't seem good.
Original post: So they have a huge problem with Returns because of Covid yet the aisles are not arranged to allow for social distancing at all times. I had several instances of customers and employees needing to squeeze past me and me past them. Now I have to sit at home until Management calls me about IF they can take a $40 pinking shears back.
No fault of the employees just management.

I had to decorate my car for a drive by wedding & William was a huge help. He helped me get the material, cut it & also mentioned a 50% off coupon. Thanks a ton & the car turned out great
