Artiplanto is quickly becoming one of my favourite places to shop. I purchased the Oscar Christmas Tree last December and was blown away by the quality - it does look very real and I know I'll be using this tree for decades. Now that the weather is nicer, I purchased the Wales Faux Potted Spiral Boxwood for my balcony and it's truly perfect. I am terrible at keeping plants alive but I love the serenity they bring to any space, so this is a good alternative for me. The shipping is so fast it's almost shocking. I got a notification that my item shipped and it was here literally hours later - it was an amazing experience. I've been recommending Artiplanto to everyone I can! 💚

I was informed that part of my order was on its way. Within the timeframe indicated I was notified that it had arrived. And had been placed in the package room in my condo building.

I live in Ontario, close to Niagara Falls. I placed my order on Jan 5/23 and it was delivered Jan 12/23. It took one week to receive order, which I believe is great. The only issue would be the tracking, which wasn't the best. All in all, very good.

I placed an order for a wicker basket and Khalessi rug on Oct 22nd, 2021. I received the basket a few days later but I just received the rug this Tuesday, December 14th. I will admit I was extremely annoyed at the wait and contacted Customer Service a number of times to inquire as to an ETA! I was also told during my communications w Customer Service that I could cancel the order and choose from a selection of rugs that were in stock. Each time I decided on waiting ANOTHER couple of weeks for it to arrive. I'm so glad that I did because I LOVE LOVE IT! I thought that I would need to weight down the corners of the rug for a few days in order to flatten it out but to my delight it laid flat immediately after unrolling it! It isn't a typical wool rug, the material is wonderful as a runner in my kitchen as I can wipe up an spills with ease! I really am glad that I waited for the rug that I originally ordered and because I am basing my review solely on the rug I've given the item 5 stars!! I would also like to mention that I give Artiplanto's customer support personnel 5 stars as well as my experience with a variety of support agents was always very pleasant!

It was nice to have Artiplanto deliver my items personally. I only waited a few days and I got them right before a party I will be hosting today! I love Artiplanto products, they're very good quality and right on trend! I recommend Artiplanto to my friends and clients!

I found this business on Instagram and saw some planters that were stylish and reasonably priced compared to some in store garden centres and well known furniture stores. Ordering was simple and customer service was excellent when I had a question regarding shipping. Everything arrived really quickly and packaged well to prevent any damage. The rug looks great in our dining room. We ordered on a Tuesday and received on the Monday. Customer service through email was fantastic. The carpets is actually 7.5 x 9.5, not a true 8 x10.

Great experience. Love the Oli olive tree! Looks awesome in my primary bedroom. The delivery driver called when he was 15 minutes away but was able to leave the package on my doorstep when I told him I was heading into a meeting and wouldn’t be available to answer the door. Will be ordering more plants soon.

Finally got my plant! Great delivery service even though it had been back ordered for some time. The delivery gentleman was working 12 hour shifts making sure everyone received their plant. Thanks again ❤. Love it.
