Shoutout to Emma, who was eminently pleasant to deal with. In a very annoying circumstance with a ton of administrative obstacles and headaches, she never stopped smiling. Her customer service was like the personification of fresh air in a meadow of daisies. Give her a raise.

To be fair, she had a whole team of support to help me through the challenge I was having, and in the end the problem was solved and I got what I needed. Every person in a blue shirt that supported her was thoughtful and easygoing. This is why I love Best Buy. Cheers.

Had to wait outside for a while in a line but every little while they come out and make sure you have water to stay hydrated. We bought a pen that said it worked for all Win 10 devices but it ended up not working, so we had to return it. Thankfully it was super easy to return, and everyone is super helpful and nice! Great staff and clean location!

Had a great experience. First I want to shout out to a guy named Chadwick for being amazing and helpful. I went in looking for a phone and he helped me find one quickly and even shipped it to my house since it wasn't in store yet. Besides my experience, this is quite a big store with many electronics such as phones, computers. I honestly didnt explore the store to much because my experience was so quick but i think you get the idea.

Staff were incredibly helpful and very attentive as we were trying to decide what tablet to buy. Very personable and knowledgeable. And when they didn't know something they took the time to find it out and let us know. Also, they had complimentary coffee and juice boxes. Not sure why you have that in an electronics store, but it was a really nice touch at the end of our time there to get a drink as we checked out through the cash. The employee even was willing to make a deal with us on buying the extended warranty. Great job overall!

I was greeted at the door by a very polite young man who asked if he could direct me or help? I explained what I needed to do and he said, wait here, I have a few ideas for you, I'll bring them to you, the young man had noticed that I use a cane to walk with. He never referred to my disability but made my exchange so easy. He was excellent and gave me other advice that I was asking about. I wish I knew his name....he was tall, 6 ft +, blond curly hair...he needs a promotion.

Took my wireless headphones in cause they had issues and I was a few days past the 30 days. Thought I would of been stuck with them. The friendly staff had no problem with me returning them. Got another new pair of headphones, and away I go again. Thank you Best Buy. Great customer service!!!

Today I was greeted by an absolutely fantastic young man working at the entry door and another young man in the computer section within the store. I am thanking you guys for making my experience today such a wonderful one. There has been way too much unessessary negativity and rudeness these days from customers and employees throughout this pandemic.

Very good customer service, just a long wait but it was boxing day so that was expected. Lol. Daniel at the store helped me get a new phone and it all set up and it was fast. Kenzie took my info down so when I got up there too get my phone it went smooth and fast and they already new what I wanted and had my info. Thanks for the help and amazing customer service.

Great service from Mark in the tv section. Been dealing with him for years. Over the past few months we moved houses and have relied upon him as he helped us get 6 tvs, some sound systems,mounts, cables and everything we needed to get our new home looking and sounding great with the best products for our needs. We finally have everything we need and its hooked up and is excellent. Mark made sure we didnt feel pressured to buy the most expensive stuff that we didnt need. We budgeted about $35,000 for everything and we hadnt budgeted for warranties, as they seemed a bit expensive but Mark always gave us a deal on the warranties every time we saw him. We spent around $4,000 less than we had expected, just based on the fact he would direct us to better deals and package bundles he was able to work out for us. Peace of mind, friendly service and a knowlegable guy to deal with who is clearly passionate about his work and his customers. Not sure if Best Buy reads these reviews, if you do, please pass along our gratitude.

Went into Best Buy on Black Friday and received 5++ service from the Geek Squad department and salesperson Mike. Not being electronically inclined, they helped me with everything and I left with everything I was looking for and the best deal. Thank you again for such great service.
