Denise who was at customer service on May 12th was an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to be helpful. I never know if these reviews garner attention from management but if they do she deserves recognition. She was kind, knowledgeable and client centered.

Today we purchased a stackable washer and dryer combo. We had a young man helping us named Jason. He was excellent with us, answered our questions and arranged for delivery. Then we went over to the lighting and got excellent service with led tubes from Jordan. We were pretty impressed with our experience at Home Depot Belleville.

I have shopped at Home Depot many times..
.today I want to give a shout out to COLIN & ZACK... These two guys went out of their way to help me purchase an item that was a floor model for future pick up. Thanks for your help today! Great job:)

I've been a few times to get paint for our walls and cement stain - each time Meredith in the paint section was absolutely amazing and so great to chat with. She really knows her stuff and is such a huge help!

Suzanne at the customer service desk was fast, personable and efficient when picking up my online order! She was great to talk to and made my experience great! Great store!

Two customers service representatives who did a good job yesterday. Mike gave us the info my husband needed, he was knowledgeable and kind. Another one, Sohel Pathan, gave us reasons on why one washing machine is better than the other and wrote info down for me to remember.

Today, the experience was great. They helped me return a lawn mower, which was breaking down after just 4 months of use. I could not reach the manufacturer for claiming the warranty. They helped me to return for store credit, and I will get a new one when it is back in stock. I just asked for help trying to reach the manufacturer, and they proposed the solution. I went back home to get the mower to return. I went there originally to try to buy screws and other things to try to repair it myself. For context, the mower was a PowerSmart, and the picture shows what the main problem was.

Polite, professional and knowledgable is how I would describe Gerry. I was looking for some special clips for shelves and he knew exactly what they were. Thank you Gerry

Went in for one item but all the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Happy with my experience.

We visited the store for information about an online Dewalt product and were blown away by Nolan, who was knowledgeable, patient and kind in explaining the differences between available models. Nolan informed me of Home Depot’s price match guarantee and made sure that all of my questions were answered. This store has one of the best selections of power tools when compared to their competitors. I’ll be sure to visit again.

I went in for some Plumbing bits and a 25-year-old looking person was working in our aisle so I had very little expectation of real assistance but he was absolutely excellent. He knew exactly what obscure dishwaher part we were looking for and where it was in the store as well as how to use it. In the end I had to go back three times for other connectors and bits and worked with this Clerk who was of Indian descent and was really really impressed with him.

I mentioned he was Indian not because it matters but because if someone from the store is reading it they might know who the 25 year old Indian descent kid is and give him a big fat kudos. We are really happy with him he knew what the heck he was doing and he was insanely friendly at the same time. Just great.

I had initially gone to the new Rona+ to get a sheet of plywood and have it cut. After waiting a long time for someone from lumber to talk to me, I left and went to Home Depot. The desk called Micah who was busy but made it clear he would be over as soon as he was done with his other duty. He came over after a few minutes and we went and picked out the the sheet of plywood and he had it cut to spec. Pleasant young man who knew his job and did it well.

Great place to get pretty much anything you need for work or hobby at home. Can pick up some great ideas from their displays also.

Just spoke with Ken at the pro desk about some concrete that was delivered and hard as a rock and asked for a pick up.. No Problem he said I will get that done for you. What a great asset to the company this guy is. Thank you for making it easy...

Clean and organized. Staff are helpful and friendly. Especially the paint dept. Great selection of houseplants right now 😀

Struck out at all the other Big Boxes on a specific not-inexpensive item, and finally Alida in Appliances helped me here... Got the right item plus Alida spent the time to engineer a workaround for a tricky connection to the unit. Kudos to store management for retaining such an amazing employee who personifies "customer service" 👏👏👏... Thanks again Alida for your help.. "you da Man!" 🤣🤣
