We really enjoyed our visit. The staff were knowledgeable and super friendly. The store is stocked with a variety of goods such as furniture, appliances, food,miscellaneous items and was laid out as such. There were also deals on many items and as it was a new store there were cookies, drinks and a draw to enter. It was a lovely shopping experience.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! People quite often mention that this place has “no good deals” BUT I DISAGREE!! 😍😍 Me and my son George found legos for a discounted price, name brand clothing for CHEAP!! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone on a budget or LOOKINT FOR A GREAT DEAL! ‼BONUS‼ THE STAFF ARE AMAZING, the red haired girl did a fantastic job at describing the place and helping me find the best bang for my buck! If I could give a 10 star rating for this place, I WOULD!! 😁😁

I love shopping on this place and hunting for good stuff that are in bargain. I find the store very clean and well organized. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. It seems they really have a good team and management in that shop. Once a week i come to this store and buy some of my favourite items and I love it coz it doesn’t hurt my pocket so much. I always recommend this store to all my friends and I am happy that they are also glad coming into the store. We should have a lot of stores like this.

Officially open Aug 26th, this store mimics the layout of the originally big box stores popular in B.C.
Most of the product is discounted or returned product from Costco. Most of the time in perfect condition or slightly damaged boxes.
There is a ton of deals on appliances. Top load, brand-new LG washing machines for $550. And I also saw a leapfrog BBC globe that we bought for our kid (new was $180) for only $59! He loves this thing and learned so much from it (4 yrs old).
The shoe section was a bit unorganized. Shoes were grouped by kind and not by size so you literally have to go through every style to see sizes. Would make more sense to organize by size and not kind.
Overall, we were happy with the shopping experience and purchased some clothing and some boots.

I am starting to like these stores. I've been to several and although stock is virtually the same, there are some unique finds at some good prices.

They typically have great sales as well. Is just bought a tommy sweatshirt for just under $10 and Eddie Bauer pajama bottoms for $5.

Irene was fantastic! She helped me with my purchase of an ergonomic chair, got me 10 percent off and even helped me get it into my car (and it was a HEAVY chair)! I cannot express what exemplary service I received @ Big Box Outlet Store in St. Albert and from the amazing Irene in particular! Wonderful store; even MORE wonderful people! A+++!

Love this place! Super clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and wow. The furniture is 😍😍😍 can’t wait to go back and take my hubbie! And the prices are great! One of my new favs hands down!

I was helped by Sharon at the St. Albert outlet. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. I'm not normally a fan of shopping, but Sharon did not pressure me for a sale. This made my shopping hassle free and positive. I will definitely be back.

Amazing place to go for shopping. We bought an Air Flyer with a very good price. My wife love the place just like treasure hunts. we been there 3 times since they opened not long ago. Each time when we left no empty hands. Sharon the manager willing to help finding the prices. My wife tells all her friends to go there shopping, you never know sometimes we may find bargains

Had an awesome experience at this store. Starting with incredible customer service specifically today with mgr Sharon and Danika at the till. All staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. Only been open a couple of weeks…been in 4 times already. This store is so clean and presentable. The variety of goods are impressive. From large items such as furniture and appliances, household, yard, electronics, accessories, clothing, cosmetics/toiletries, groceries… the list goes on :) Prices are more than fair. Fantastic location with plenty of parking. I highly recommend you visit here! I’ll be back!

What an amazing store!! Noel the associate was lovely and very happy to help us. We got a fantastic recliner for a fraction of the prices out there. It was a pleasure shopping there.

What a lovely store to visit. Staff was wonderful, clean and tidy and everyone was so helpful. They were so kind to explain some pricing to me and I got a nice air fryer that works well for discount price! I’ll definitely be back.
