I love Mark's, their quality is undeniably the best. Awesome selection of women's, men's clothing , shoes/ boots and accessories. To get their best deals shop on their sales or on their clearance days. Lots of parking.

I visited this marks for the first time since they moved from the old Baldwin location and i had a really good experience!
The staff was very friendly, especially this one individual named Matthew who was the manager while i was there. I was very impressed by his level of competence, especially for someone so young. He obviously knew what he was doing and was very educated in product knowledge, as well as the layout of the store. He was also really kind and very patient with me- something i appreciate as an older person who is used to to young people being snippy with me when i don’t understand something or can’t use the technology. Overall i was very impressed with the customer service and will be returning!

While shopping at this fine location I had the pleasure to meet a very nice gentleman named Matthew.
He provided me with excellent customer service when I was having trouble with finding the shoes I liked.
I highly recommend this place, the deals are wonderful and the staff are lovely 😍

The salesperson was quite helpful and so was check out. I always have good luck finding clothing that fits me.

I came here last week to purchase my husband a Christmas present. A young man named Eric helped me pick out a stylish flannel and a pair of work boots, god knows I needed the advice LOL😂 He was well informed on the layout of the store and brought me right to the item I desired.

got 2 pairs of shoes over half price off in-store sale and a jacket worth 250 for 80 bucks well stocked store clean and safe flyers are good to watch for but the unadvertised in-store sales are dirt cheap and name brand quality

Best customer service!! And the willingness of the staff to help their customers by going out of their way is for sure commendable. Zion here is an exceptionally diligent associate here, and upon my recent couple of visits here, me and my family were beyond pleased and blown away by Zion's above and beyond customer care. Staff members like Zion (and this other lady associate at cash register closer to 6pm 2nd July) are the Gem of associates for any business to run successfully due to customer care being their passion. Thank you!!

Very helpful staff. Were greeted as soon as we came in and helped to the area where the items we were in search of were. Cashier helped us with a union purchase and was very patient while we found the needed information.

Although I didn't have what I was looking for it wasn't an issue since I could easily order it online with free shipping. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful in trying to locate exactly what I was looking for.
