Terri, the store manager is an absolute gem. She worked hard to help us with what we needed and didn't make us feel like our request was impossible. Great service from her !

Just bought an unlocked phone from this location and the tech desk employee was extremely helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and made the process very fluid and efficient.

This is the best Staples store I've been in . The one in Oshawa doesn't have the selection that the one in Whitby has.
The people are friendly and helpful. I didn't find that in the Oshawa store at all.

I use the self sevice copy and shipping often here and it is Very convenient.

Also, I do find this store does have what I need in stock.

I used their printing service. It was so easy to send the documents and print them there. They have many prining services as well photocopy.

I always get my printing done for my workplade at this store. The staff has always been helpful but Katy specifically has gone above and beyond. Her customer service is top notch. Extremely helpful, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Great Staples store they offer everything one may need that any Staples store offers went there to get my passport photos done experienced no issues

We drove to this Staples in Whitby (on Taunton) specifically to purchase a calculator that other locations didn’t have in stock. — BTW… love the great features of this Sharp ‘paperless printing’ calculator with 5-line scrolling display EL-DO9001. (see in photo)

Clean store, inventory selection is great throughout all departments and staff were friendly and very helpful.

Very customer friendly store. The staff in the Print department are very customer oriented and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Ashton who went out of his way to make sure that my printing and scanning jobs were done perfectly.

Office and school supplies , they have printing , visa and passport photos. Laptop , monitors and office furniture's. Good quality products. And very helpful staff

I had urgent paperwork I needed printed, loaded my payment card quickly the cashier let me know about a great deal on an all in one printer to replace my current one....that's acting up.... then used the self serve printers and quickly got the job done ...great staff, friendly and knowledgeable

I came here to get copies and was shown to the self serve copying centre. Quite reasonable for B&W. The store is packed with anything you need for your office and kids school supplies. Some items are pricey and you could get alternative items at Dollarama, but likely not the same brand or quality, but shop around if you have time.

This review is to make aware the associate Swedin was most helpful in helping us find a replacement printer that would suit our need and budget. Although the store didn't have what we needed in-stock, he used his personal cell phone to direct us to finding in online, having the item number was helpful too. We are very happy with our new printer and we owe it all to him. We hope Management sees this review and can share our Thanks with Swedin.

Charging issue with Huawei tablet. Technician advised me tablets aren't serviced any more but the charging cord was the issue and $9 for a new cord has resolved the problem. Service was immediate and knowledgeable.

The staff are always friendly and helpful when I go to this location (Whitby). I went to buy a laptop recently and had a great experience. The woman in the computer department had tons of knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions. I mentioned I needed it quickly & they were able to get it to me, with everything installed, by the next morning. They definitely went above my expectations, thank you!

I don't have a specific date to memory of my last visit, just decided to write a review in regards to 2 employees that work there. First there's Chris I believe his name is, young adult, he's been working there for years and everytime I've gone he's been the first to greet me and ask if I need assistance with anything and always helps if I need help that day, he's the epitome of perfect customer service. The other employee is named Jordan also a young male, I've only seen him twice (my last 2 visits to Staples) and the first time he helped me decide on a computer monitor, the second time he pointed me in the right direction to find the external hard drives while he was busy with another customer and then after he was done with that customer came right over to me to help break down the different types of EHDs and the best option I would need for it's use, thanks for the help!
