I love customer service here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. My only wish is if they could bring more Brooks running shoes in the store. Especially Brooks Glycerin :)

Great customer service from both the young lady who helped us with the fitting room, to the cashier. Very upbeat personalities. Purchased swimming trunks for my son, they were $9, what a bargain!

Always great Managers and staff experience when in. On one occasion I was looking for some Oakley’s but they didn't have the ones I wanted in stock at that store, they did a order with an iPad from another location and the glasses where shipped to my house, no shipping change A+

Came here a while ago during black Friday and it was pretty busy and I was trying to figure out what to get some family members for Christmas then a lovely young lady who I believe her name was , Roua (Sorry if misspelled). She was a great help and she managed to help me find gifts for almost everyone on my list and the order we made online came in pretty quick and in good condition! Great store.

Clean store, customer service is great. Logan will take care of your bicycle tune ups with great proficiency. Very friendly and knowledgeable despite the fact he barely smiles. People tell me I’m a fun guy and I still couldn’t get him to laugh. Still approachable and has turned me into a lifelong customer. Got cashed out by Adam who was very courteous when resolving my return issues.

Young man named Carson was amazing customer service. Helped me out with everything I needed.

We shop here on the regular. Staff is always nice. The quality of the merchandise is why we come back. We have backpacks still in use years and years later with three boys - quality matters.

Bought a golf club set from there recently. It’s performing really well.

I bought a pair of skis at the whitby location. Although they did not have his skis i wanted at this location. The knowledgable Staff ordered them on line for me. They arrived just in time for Christmas. I was pleased with ALL The Staff. Good Crew here...really good !!

Went in yesterday with a bicycle tire that needed repair. Was fixed and returned to me within five minutes. Excellent service and very good price. My fourth time at this store and I am impressed with the service.

Needs more shoe selections

2022 update:
Saw a worthless mutt in the store with its dognut owner. That is unacceptable. Coward employees did not say anything. Dogs DO NOT belong inside stores.

Side note, this place really needs more or better shoe selections.

Came to your store for first time. Excellent service and friendly staff. Store well stocked and found exactly what I wanted with help from courteous staff. I will definitely be back.

I brought in my sons skates to be sharpened and I did some shopping while they were being sharpened. I went to go grab the skates and quickly said those are not my sons skates so basically we thought somebody else took the wrong skates because it was very busy at that time. Sport Chek were going to replace the skates and skate guards for free. We were sizing up the skates and ready to walk out the door. It was totally my mistake but I did not recognize my son skates they were the ones on the counter and no one took the wrong skates but in the end sport Chek offered to give me a brand new skates I did not take the new skates I just wanted his old ones back but they were going to give me a new pair of skates and skate guards. I had a very long day totally my mistake but thank you

One of the managers (Liz I think) was incredibly sweet and helpful when we had a problem with a pair of shoes, the best customer service experience i ever had honestly

Really appreciated the bike service Logan provided on my child's bike. He was determined to get it properly repaired, and I really appreciated his perseverance and dedication to customer service.

Staff and management were very helpful and friendly. There was a slight mix-up with the pick-up order but they went above & beyond to resolve it. Thank you! Keep up the great work.

Good selection of sporting equipment and apparel. Staff always greet you when you enter and are helpful with items, but not pushy. They usually have sales going on. Ample parking and inside is clean.

I don't rate retail stores often but the staff here were more friendly and helpful than most stores I visit, figured it was worth a mention
