Been trying for a few days to purchase an item (sold out online) and went to store to see if I could find it there but also sold out. Today I received a call from a lovely lady that works there to ask if I was still interested in the item because she had one at the store!! I was sooooooo happy she remembered me!!! Thank you so much for the amazing customer service!

Great options in the store, conveniently located and ample parking options. Francis, the store supervisor was great... She and Ann were amazing helping me by phone and then in store. Shared their experiences with what's best based on our needs.

Awesome selection of clothing for kids the quality of clothing at Carter's is very good the have a good variety of styles and colors that you can choose from the prices are reasonable they also have deals going on at Carter's usually half the time the staff is very helpful and they always make sure you are taken care of and make sure you are satisfied with what you are looking for Carter's is a very clean environment and have good wide of selection of clothing to choose from
