I recently purchased a pair of Keen Cincinnati work boots here and they are wonderful! The employee that helped me out was Jewels. The employee was quick to approach me when I walked into the store, kindly asking if I needed help with anything. His willingness to grab multiple pairs of boots, unbox them and set the shoe up for me to try on, showed his great customer service skills. He was knowledgeable about the various boot selection and helped me make a decision on a pair. He also helped my girlfriend with purchasing a nice Helly Hansen rain coat at a great price. This workwear shop has great staff and good pricing, beating marks and other big company price tags. Hidden gem in Coquitlam. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Came here to purchase my first pair of work boots. The staff was so patient with my million questions and answered even the silliest ones I had. They even found stuff out of the back as I was prepping for winter work. The customer service here is a hard thing to find and I appreciated the heck out of them! They helped me find the right boot and I'm stoked! Thank you for being so amazing!

Went to this store at the weekend for the first time. We randomly found this store through a google search as we were looking for Royer boots, which are hard to find. We were provided with excellent customer service. After we walked into the store we had multiple employees asking if we needed help finding anything. My partner was able to buy multiple items. We were never able to find so much gear for him when we shopped at any of the other bigger stores. The selection at this store is great and the prices are good. They didn't have my partners boot size in stock but their Mission location had the boots so they transferred them overnight to the store and we could pick them up the next day. Excellent service! We will shop here from now on!

I’m a woman and hate shoe shopping, but I needed steel toe / safety boots for work. Marks and stores in Coquitlam Centre had a limited selection or just didn’t stock female / small sizes like mine. I’m SO glad I came here, I was blown away by how attentive and helpful the staff were - especially Karen! She spent the time with me to make sure I found the right shoes that fit properly. I returned today to pick up more gear, and can’t recommend this place enough

I can't recommend this place enough! I've been coming here for years for all my gear, their prices are competitive, the staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly accommodating and friendly. I've come in looking for a certain product several times and they have steered me to a supior quality gear at a better price. If you're thinking of going to marks or Canadian tire I'd strongly suggest walking through these doors instead. Thank you industry work wear for keep my dry, safe and comfortable.

Great staff. Had fun while shopping. Made an error in my size, and exchange it without any problems. Good prices, and was never pushed at an item, but left alone till I needed help for what I was interested in. I am also able to order items in that I am wanting with great ease, and fast delivery times. Only place I go to for my work gear!

I really, really hate shopping for pants, but the two associates working this morning were very helpful and made my trip so much smoother and easier than I had feared it would be. Bought 2 pairs of sturdy pants for cheaper than I was expecting.

Great selection of AFFORDABLE items that are the same brands like the big box stores. I found everything I needed and I could have spend more time browsing but unfortunately I showed up at closing time. They were kind enough to stay and allow me to find what I needed and for that I say that customer service is worth 5 stars alone. Forget about the big box stores and come to one of the 2 locations and you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

This store not only adds class and experience. But involves brains like when buying boots. The team there is knowledgeable and smart in fitting u with the correct boot. Takes time a brains to know environment and flooring and just exactly what type of boot u need. Update: from good to better to best. Thank you, Angela, for the most amazing service i have received from anyone who deals with PPE. Not only did she take care of the entire warranty claim from behinning to end, she even managed to work around my absent-minded nature and got me a brand new pair of Timberland Pro Boondock 6". I do not have the vocabulary required to do justice to the exceptional, professional, and superbly cheerful service! 11/10!

Fantastic customer service. Phoned in about the sole falling off my Red Wings and asked about the warranty. Was was told not to worry and they would call when a replacement pair came in. Took less than a week before I got a call, no hassle whatsoever. Would recommend anyone to purchase work gear here. Thanks again

After searching on the internet for half a day for the right pair of shoes I came across this place and although there website was hard to navigate I gave them a call and told me they had my size in the store available for pick up. I'm giving them 5 stars because before calling them I went to the marks work website and they had zero shoes in stock from over 10 pairs of shoes and they didn't have any pairs in half sizes. What this small store did the big store couldn't. This store had a worse website but better customer service. In the end I got my boots I wanted in store and I'm coming back for waterproof clothing soon, the place is clean and it shows that there trying there best to complete with the big stores who don't care

This is a great store for work gear, they almost always my sizes, also noticed its a bit cheaper than marks. All covid safety is good! I definitely recommend this store for work gear.
